Gender equality = equal human rights irrespective of gender, caste, creed, colour, race. This is feminism, not misandrist femi-nazi-sm. In that sense, every good human being is a feminist according to what I have seen.
Thank you for addressing this topic. Being a woman myself it is concerning to see women with partial and contradictory viewpoints on patriarchy and the society in general. Sarojini Naidu was an extremely popular household name in her time. It's just that as time passes more youths become invested in the speakers and thinkers of their own generation. Our generation is full of celebrity culture, political cult personalities and godmen. Making it big in India is no small feat so I believe there is something to be learnt from them all, both on what to do and what to avoid. I would like to hear your take on godmen/women and snake oil salesman in the name of religion.
Is there anything as real feminism or true feminism? It's a spectrum and it evolved over time corresponding to the challenges of that period. In addition to this ,women today face barriers that might not be the same as faced by Sarojini Naidu but no less.I think this statement underestimated the struggle of the present era as the privilege mam saying but you are sent to school so there is Second we can only be inspired by someone who has struggles similar to us.
Yes...! Firstly we should be able to different the nature of act which someone is doing... 1) How is film actors (specially in Bollywood) are related to & impacting on the society? 2) The word 'profession' is being used very vaguely. Any of the actions can't be considered under this word. 3) Electing Ms/Mr word/universe leads to discrimination between the physical appearance, which was given bu the Nature. 4) Such competition creates inferiority in those who are not so blessed by the Nature. 5) Now a days actors are more on the side of creating negative impact by showing a fake life style which is not at all possible for the common people. 6) So called beautiful queens can't face the camera without covering their face with layers of cosmetics. 7) In short, these competitions & such actors are only spoiling the next generation.
The real feminists are Rani lakshmi bai, Savitribai Phule, Sarojini Naidu, Ahilya Bai, Rajmata Jijau, Tara Rani etc. And not the ones who claim ro be one 😊😊

True....men first give women a label, then oppose self declared labels lol. Only a dumb person will believe the words of actors if said such by any of them, it's all movie promotion or to be in fame.
Women do makeup dress like a Wh0re all this inspired by these actresses, and they get a lot of attention. And when their role models speak and take up victim card you women also get on that victim train and follow them. All u girl want is to dress like a wh0re and have 100 bodycount without being called a sIut. And these actresses are defending that.

I thankful to TH-cam that it suggest your video randomly, I just open one video it just mindblowing very informative and change my lenses of perspective,Your ideas just touch my inner voice, thank you sir..
Thank you for acknowledging this ❤
No words only love ..for you champion ,you are the real changes
Hay Naman you are doing great job, you are among the few people who influenced me. ❤❤❤
Absolutely. Lives of Laxmibai, Savitribai Phule, Sarojini Naidu define feminism better than any argument or movement or book. And as you said they did it because they genuinely cared and not because their film was releasing next week 👏
Naman Sir, ek hi dil hai , kitni baar jeetoge.❤
You don't have to bring someone else down to show someone else big
What about Savitribai Phule🤔
Guruji won't talk about someone who isn't a Brahmin.
Lovely Sir hats off to you!!
That's a truth...a harsh one. People are so involved in online fantasy that they forget the real growth happens offline.
Result: most people can't differentiate between information and propaganda.
And sadly, most TH-camrs/Influencers don't show you the harsh reality behind that glitter. 🎯
toxic masculinity is a more significant problem than critiques of feminism - see real things - number of crimes against women by men.
ppl used to throw shit at savitribai phule when she opened school for girls due to which she had to carry 2 saree so that she can change after reaching school. Ppl always hated feminism be it for any reason. It's no different today. Ppl try to show the best of their religion by hiding bad aspects but when it comes to feminism they intentionally show it in bad light to justify their hate while totally ignoring the majority of the good part.
Dhruv rathee made the best video on how chapries on the internet try to associate feminism with every negative thing done by any woman while totally ignoring the good ones who are majority. No feminist supported any crime by any woman yet crimes by women is labelled with feminism to directly or indirectly disregard the entire movement. There is nothing called bad "morden feminism". Feminism was considered bad throughout history. Even when they standed for most basic human rights.
I didn't like Dhruv Rathee and used to hate him due to his political statements but so called right wing ppl are mostly women haters. That's quite clear now.
Thanks for recognition for Sarojini Naidu. After the school textbook now we recall her.
Thanks
America, women didn't have the right vote. If you were married, it was difficult to get a job . That's why many people went and fought for their rights. But in India, specifically, southern parts had a lot of freedom. Anna chandy was the first women judge of India. My mother in-laws mother was teacher. She must have been 120 yrs now . My mother was a trained teacher, but didn't work as my brother was specially able-bodied. She could have 102 now. In the kingdom of Travancore, women had the freedom to educate themselves and work. First college in India was in kottayam, CMS college, more than 200 yrs old. Many men went to madras Christian college. Sarojini Naidu was Telugu

Sarojini naidu is not her maiden name. Her maiden name was Sarojini chattopadhyay.. though it doesn't matter still...
It matters. Systematically Bengali contribution is reduced to nothing. Folks hardly know Eastern History. It is limited to Tagore and Bose. @@sayanmitra8470

I partially agree that Indian Movies do inspire the next generation, hard truth but we may make a movie dedicated to her life which should be promoted Free of cost on very platform. That will be a tribute to "Feminism"
Do we need feminism today ?
Gender equality = equal human rights irrespective of gender, caste, creed, colour, race.
This is feminism, not misandrist femi-nazi-sm.
In that sense, every good human being is a feminist according to what I have seen.

Huge respect to you sir, your 4 minutes means a lot sir.
Mahatama jyotiba phule , raja ram mohan roy , ishwar chandra vidya sagar , were also realest feminist.
Thank you for addressing this topic. Being a woman myself it is concerning to see women with partial and contradictory viewpoints on patriarchy and the society in general. They've come to know about their rights but are running away from their responsibilities. They call their selfish motives as self love, woman empowerment, feminism and what not.

THANK YOUUU naman srivastav for making a video on this, there were such feminists like Sarojini naidu, truly said, we the young generation fail to differentiate that who are feminists and who are not- the fake role models like deepika ranveer, also bhumi pednekar doing films on their UNDERSTANDING OF "FEMINISM" IS JUST so so wicked, wrong and basically distorted is clearly felt through their participation on kind of projects. ITS HORRIBLE, COMPLETE WOKE. NO SUBSTANCE AT ALL. THAT NOT AT ALL "FEMINISM", and they are giving such a nice thing like "FEMINISM" a complete BAD NAME, as they are in so called popular culture, people ting such celebs like deepika(who is very popular and have some responsibility to atleast not distort things but she is doing the opposite just for her money blindly, stategically), also actors like his dear husband ranveer singh and manyyyyyyyyy others specially from bollywood. its so so wicked.
THANK YOU FOR MAKING A VIDEO ON THIS, and please do continue to make videos on such topics too.
Indian audience should stop thE BLIND CELEBRITY CULTURE, we should celebrate nice people like SRK(not for their ghutka choice, but integrity he has in character) so do amitabh bachchan we should learn nice things from them, and stop being unconsciously following fake self acclaimed feminist roles like deepika and all.

Acharya prashant is the true feminist in todays Modern india , the best man working for women empowerment ✨
The point you mentioned has very deep meaning of it people should understand 😊
But thankgod not potraiying kangana ranaut as sign of feminist😂
7) In short, these competitions & such actors are only spoiling the next generation.
my 13 year old convent niece knows more about bigg boss folks than savitribai fule, yup that's the reality
The real feminists are Rani lakshmi bai, Savitribai Phule, Sarojini Naidu, Ahilya Bai, Rajmata Jijau, Tara Rani etc. And not the ones who claim ro be one 😊😊
sarojini naidu was the real feminist .❤
Nobody literally called any actress an epitome of women empowerment or the best feminist... Men do make up stuff in their mind and then start a podcast...
What was the 4' clip
