AC Race Director / Spectator Control

A quick demo of the Assetto Corsa Race Director / Spectator support now in SRL VMS V3.0
Function now works with the following sim packages
- rFactor 1
- rFactor 2
- Live for Speed
- Automobilista
- Assetto Corsa
Update 29-10-2020: Our latest version of this VMS function also displays the EMS registered driver name along with the pod number.

can we have streaming that we switching between cars or cameras on circuit when we are in racing? like a live broadcast of the race from various angles of the race track inside the circuit, as well as other drivers or cars? I need a solution...

Can i have a spectator mode during a race in assetto corsa? How can i do it? Could you help me?

Assetto Corsa doesn't really support Spectator Mode fully in the way that sims like rFactor do. Other sims allow you to connect extra game instances / PC's to your sessions without it resulting in additional cars on track. Assetto does not provide the option to let you do that. What this means is that you can have extra game instances / PC's running in a spectator mode, but you end up with spare / undriven cars in the session which you just need to somehow move out of the way. '

@@SimRacingLimited thank you very much! And even if I have another PC connected to the server, how can i follow other cars with a good looking visual like in the video? Do you use mods? Is it SRL VMS?

@@AmoLaMusicaIAC - I don't think there were any particularly special graphic enhancing mods on that machine when we made this video. It would almost certainly have been just standard Assetto Corsa running with the external camera view selected. yes, in offline mode: Pause menu > Go back to pits > Select on the left panel the icon with the man and check/x icons then just click on any driver and you can spectate them hit F1 for onboard cameras F2 for automatic cameras (broadcast and onboards) F3 for broadcast cameras F6 for other onboard cameras
