I am really glad that they added guarantees to these limited banners to even them out for the rough stretches. I had some pretty rough stamp luck (at least it felt that way) taking 16 pulls to clear two pages...but, I got Cait's UW on the 2nd to last, and the final guarantee got me Tifa's banner weapon to OB10. Across the 4 banners I did 46 total pulls and ended up with 60 5* (21 of those guaranteed), OB10 Tifa, OB6 Aerith, OB6 Yuffie, OB2 Cloud and both UW. Definitely going back into saving mode after seeing the new road map.
Damn, that hurt! Glad you were prepared to turn it around at least. Your fire Tifa is gonna absolutely delete now, between the new weapon and the Shell Knuckles!

I've had *insane* luck with stamps during the whole anniversary. To the point where if I wasn't tracking it I'd think I was lying. Did the first two cards on all the banners, going 13 for Cloud - about average, 9 on Yuffie, 8 on Aerith(OB6 with character parts), and 10 on Tifa(25 parts from OB6). I had more 3+ stamp draws than I had 1s. Garbage random featured luck, one copy of Aerith and Tifa, and not ultimates, but I'm leaving anniversary with 30k in my pocket, so I can't complain too much. Still got meat on the bone for a rerun.
Im sorry for your struggle pulls for Tifa. I needed a MATK setup since I have none and am only FTP. I was able to get Tifa's weapon to OB5 from pulls and had enough weapon parts to push OB6. Plus got Cait Sith's Ultimate weapon so now I can buy genji blade for Seph once I am done pulling on Aerith's banner (OB4 with her weapon and I am 1 1/2 pages in)

I did 3 pulls on cloud too and only 1 gold. My pulls are like 5 pulls in a row no gold, 1 gold, follow by 9 pulls in a row no gold. I spent over 160k on all 4 banners never pulled a single ultimate weapon. At this point I really hate this game and wanna quit. I saved all my crystals and resisted 80% of the banners and this is what i get....

How did you end up OB-wise on the weapons? I think I spent about 70k blue and maybe 28k red in total on 3 banners--I didn't pull on Yuffie's. Got Ob9 Cloud, Ob6 Aerith and Tifa. I once spent nearly 80k on a tifa weapon that I only got Ob4 on, so I do know how bad it can get. But it does turn around..

I got a lot of non wishlist golds which add to the pain on both cloud and aerith banner. I've got OB6 on all girls, spent 70 parts on yuffie, around 50 on aerith, 220 on tifa. cloud OB1....at this point no worth chasing

I haven’t seen any good luck with anniversary pulls. I’m still going to try to get Tifa’s costume, as I doubt it will be too hard to get in six more stamps provided I’m semi lucky.
I don't like to switch the wishlist cuz it ruins my vibe I ended up getting 3 extra copies of glens earth weapon 😅it's ob13 but it was worth it for the limited time weapon I think

Basically, it's like this: putting stuff on the wishlist for the char increases the chance of seeing a Tifa 5-star, but has no affect to the rate of 19.xx% chance of that Tifa weapon being the featured one. If you didn't have Tifa on the wishlist, you wouldn't have even seen that particular golden Tifa ball. Does this make sense? To put it another way, the weapons you are going to receive are decided the moment you click the draw button. And the randomness of the draws is weighted by the rates. As opposed to the game randomly deciding which particular weapon as the balls are opened. So the only reason you are seeing the golden Tifa in the big circle is bc the game has already chosen a specific 5-star Tifa weapon for you... But having Tifa weapons on the wishlist will make you see more overall golden Tifa balls when you first pull. It's sort of an illusion that the weapon is not finally decided until you actually get the weapon.

Terrible, terrible luck. I don't want to rub it but I had an amazing pull session. 14 pull (7 pull per page, so average I would say.) But tifa 0B6 (close to 0B7) + caitsith Ultimate. Amazing, I'm usually like you (only got guaranteed on Cloud and had to spend a few bucks to get 0B6) but this one felt good.

You should ALWAYS pull on Wednesdays as Wednesday has the rate up boost, Sundays too but not as much as Wednesday's boost
