Man that is really cool how of all things to swoop in and give this run that extra push it was thunder strike… it’s normally only a “win more” button considering how strong focus boosted lighting orbs already are but for a build that had no focus generation but tons of orb creation potential that was a fantastic card to get. What a neat game

Yeah that's probably the rearest Event you can get. You need to have at least one removable curse in your deck and and then it still is only one out of All possible Events. I bet you rarely take curses without removing them in a Shop as soon as possible.
Commenters are correct - this run was streamed on september 20th, which was still before XecNar beat the streak. It is indeed 24 now (and was almost 44 - he had a 19 streak before, lost once then had a 24 streak!)
Wait should all for one draw x cost cards if you have 0 energy? Same with scrape? also play X cost cards to end your turn seems really good with upgrades and X flask.

I don't like when you take the dome, makes it less involving if I cannot understand the enemy intents. Of course you are way more experienced and you know what to expect, but even though you explain it often very well why you make a certain decision, it puts me off a bit to see you chose the dome instead of, say, souzu. Nevertheless, I enjoy these uploads a lot, great work :)
Dome is not impossible to learn to play with, my first successful run with dome was great, I surprised myself when I took it and managed to do well. Don't let being scared of a relic put you off of a video with it, take it as inspiration to be able to learn to play with it yourself one day
@@jacksmith3518 I appreciate the encouragement :) I am at the point when I try to feel more comfortable with snecko, I reckon the dome is still way out of my comfort zone :D
After baalor made me realize one important thing about the dome, I feel much better about it: you don't have to panic, it's not like suddenly an enemy will hit you for 500 just because you don't see its intent. All enemies have max damage ceilings and you only need to block as much as that number when you can.

I've watched and played hundreds of hours of slay the spire, I didn't think I've ever seen that fountain that removes all your curses
It only appears if you have a curse and it's one of the more rare events on top of that.
