This is what I need for my truck. But can it be set to 12 hour format or is it only for 24 hours.

Using a connectors, and connect to the pole light wire .so whenever need to take out the dashboard. Can just disconnect the wires.

Actually R25 comes with clock in the speedometer. You might want an upgrade to R25 as an alternative
