Honestly, a great way to learn this kind of animation of punches and stuff is to look at certain video games. Punch Out in particular is great with its animation since it does a three stage system. You have the windup which is a couple frames, then the impact which is usually the most frames. Finally, is the recoil from the enemy or person who got punch. Thunderwing is right though. In between all of these stages, you want little to no frames in between as then the punch looks too slow and sloppy.
Dude this is great and extremely helpful! I’m more experienced in Lego animation and have been wanting to get into using my transformers figures for more animations, and your series has helped a lot!
Id like to add ln that if you don't have blast effects then you can just cut out a piece of paper and use sticky tack to place at the end of the blaster!
so how many frames should i used for each second ? like how many frames per second should i use for each second? bc i started a channel dedicated to stop motions only and i wanna know
I needed this. I needed this badly. Thank you.
Of course!! Anytime :)
0:30 punches
1:34 weapon equips
2:26 firing guns

You helped me a lot more with the punching part than I do with the figures without sentura rotation

Anytime!! Happy to help :)
