Never be a time in history like we lived through in the late 80s early 90s By 1992 the original scene was dead and buried. The goverment and the on set of Cocaine destroyed the movement. From 1987-1991we lived the dream. New music and Ecstacy liberated our souls. We we free. We hugged and danced. We shunned our old beilfs and musical tastes. Its sad now how the social media fiends think they are having a good time. They just don't know. How could they. If you wasn't there you can never know.

Grew up on Streetsounds Electro. Left school in 1987 and the next four or five years were INCREDIBLE if you were a music nut like me. People forget that the whole scene from DJ's, promoters etc were teenagers, and young adults. That whole generation were essentially left for dead by the establishment, but just like the forgotten slum kids in 70's New York who created Hip Hop culture before and the Chicago/Detroit kids with their illegal warehouse parties, WE took inspiration from them and joined together to build something that nourished our souls. A special moment in time that is so needed again with the way the world is going. One Love ❤🎧

I agree 90 to 92 for me, I know everyone thinks their time was the best but I truly believe these were the best years, it was still relatively underground the cheesy quavers had not yet shown up! After 92 everyone and their dog was at it, the music had got harder and faster, criminal gangs had woke up to the money that could be made so the pills got shit, one of the best clubs we used to go to was Shelley’s in stoke, went after an absence of a year, everything had changed, pills were shit that lived up atmosphere had disappeared. Bridgett Grace I swear to god this is one of the best dance records ever pressed to vinyl. And I discovered it from your sample in a Prodigy track which lead me here, phenomenal tune, they honestly don't make them like this any more.

Proper Track. Real grown ups music. I'm 58 now. Seen it all, Punk, New Wave, Rave, House Hip House, Hip Hop and the shite from 2000 onwards. Without a shadow of a doubt the greatest years of my life in a music clubbing sense was 1987 - 92. With a little help from the Es we had the world in the palm of our hands every weekend well Thursday - Sunday in my case. Only those who lived it truly know. Nothing can replicate or replace these golden years. These do called old skool re Union nights are shite. Too many mupoets taking selfies etc. We had no mobile phones etc. We just kicked Arse. Love you all Peace brothers and sisters.
Top tune from 1990 i remember this in the UK clubs it was massive back in the day and it still sounds good now in 2021 a true timeless classic from a better era in music and time!!!🤠🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
God I love this tune. The one thing that keeps me going through the shit of 2021 is that I lived several lifetimes worth of amazing times, amazing drugs and some stunning women. and a soundtrack to keep yo up for days.
bought this at nicky blackmarkets place in soho in 93 i think, it was a classic then is now and forever shall be, what a cut , the genus of house, peace
I might annoy some people since the Prodigy probably get mentioned enough here, but I honestly think they are in a certain way promoting awesome music by using samples. So many people - me included - found out about this track and so many more good ones because of them, I'm grateful to them for enlightening people, even if just a little
OK Google With you bro, it's like a tree and all the branches that lead us to other things, life in general. I dug in dance and found funk, soul and allsorts of good s**t 😎✌
I remember the insane house party's in the mid 90's spilling out into the street bouncing around with this tune blasting and everyone raving they back out like a sweaty lunatic great times
God I so needed tonight...pilling on some ok shit but can't handle grime ....I need so deep house in my bones ... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME OUT..
Network Records 1991, phatt tune !! its the Bass riff that drives this tune and makes it (the pattern) !!! I luv the Piano chord intro also !! The break is heavy also !!!!
excellent to hear this again after so many years, instant recall back to nights of sheer uplifting joy amongst hoards of smiling like minded people, i can taste my youth and feel the excitement like it was yesterday! Good times.
Ahhh girl of 96 unfortunately and I'd give my right arm to have memories like everyone else to these!!! But thankfully grew up with nothing but this kind of music but i guess I have my own memories of my dad with them haha. Wish music like this was still made, share many weekends with it❤
Love this track! Old school, Labrynth four aces club , Hackney. Friday nights brilliant then they turned it into an al-nighter and opened the Garden up into like a chill out area. Glory Days!
@@vivienneprince978 Not nice. I used to go on Friday nights from 1990-93. There was a really nice crowd on those nights most of the time and the bouncers and staff were really nice too. saw The Prodigy play their first GIG there. Then when they opened the Gargden up after making it also an all night rave I would say for me and a few others it was the only place to be on a Friday night. It did have a dark side though which grew right into the 90s. Drugs became more important than the music and people, then the music speeded up then it went main stream and by 92 the best of those days were over. It always happens. the minute money and consumerism take over it's game over as the Demons and Devils both within us and Without take over. Time to move on. ;(

No way, takes me straight back to those Friday nights at Labrynth! They were wicked! Better still when they made it an all nighter then opened up the Garden Here's one of them here. You might be on it! I am! :) th-cam.com/video/WqD3fSlUBo4/w-d-xo.html
Been looking for this for over a year 😮
Love this tune
Rave till I die
I always remember this track for the intro...simply outstanding! Top track! I remember when this came out - fantastic tune then and the same now.
This takes me back best years 91 to 99 💜
Nah the early years 87-91 were by far the best years for partying!!
Jackie d Great years!!!
YES RANDAL... agree totally... then it all went a bit dark...........still raved on & on & on though...........
I met the love of my life with this Song :)

God I love this tune. The one thing that keeps me going through the shit of 2021 is that I lived several lifetimes worth of amazing times, amazing drugs and some stunning women. and a soundtrack to keep yo up for days.

It doesn't get better than this I love this tune - also love my kids now listening to the classic dance tunes of quadrant park - they are all back!
The Prodigy samples this in Warrior's Dance. I had no idea. Brilliant! :)
Thanks Bro, been looking for this song for 20 years now, love this tune! Thanks!
My shivers have shivers ❤
I might annoy some people since the Prodigy probably get mentioned enough here, but I honestly think they are in a certain way promoting awesome music by using samples. So many people - me included - found out about this track and so many more good ones because of them, I'm grateful to them for enlightening people, even if just a little
+kettu i agree, but I don't think Prodigy used this great sample very well, unlike say, No Good or Out Of Space.
+Gavin Paisley If you like your beats around 170 per minute, Andy C's remix is insane!
Thomas Vanhelden thanks Thomas I'll give it a listen
OK Google With you bro, it's like a tree and all the branches that lead us to other things, life in general. I dug in dance and found funk, soul and allsorts of good s**t 😎✌
True!
Oldskool will never die,..was raving when I was school and I am raving now in a wheelchair #rollin_raver #musicismymedication
I remember the insane house party's in the mid 90's spilling out into the street bouncing around with this tune blasting and everyone raving they back out like a sweaty lunatic great times

Makes me so happy that I was born in 76 so this was slap bang in my era. The greatest times the greatest tunes the best drugs
Network Records 1991, phatt tune !! its the Bass riff that drives this tune and makes it (the pattern) !!!
I luv the Piano chord intro also !! The break is heavy also !!!!
Awesome tune! thanks for sharing xx
excellent to hear this again after so many years, instant recall back to nights of sheer uplifting joy amongst hoards of smiling like minded people, i can taste my youth and feel the excitement like it was yesterday! Good times.
Ahhhh that taste, and the heavy damp atmosphere, best days of all our lives xxx
So many dislikes from folks that never felt it and will NEVER understand. So glad I was there and had the time of my life 💊 🕉 🕊 🔹 🍪 🍀 ☯ ♥ ✌️ 👌 👍
Drop this tune on the floor and it’s going to go off each and every time. A stone cold crowd jumper best played LOUD.......
Ahhh girl of 96 unfortunately and I'd give my right arm to have memories like everyone else to these!!! But thankfully grew up with nothing but this kind of music but i guess I have my own memories of my dad with them haha. Wish music like this was still made, share many weekends with it❤
I feel your pain....
It was the most amazing time of my life and anyone else who witnessed the whole crazy scene....

Love this track! Old school, Labrynth four aces club , Hackney. Friday nights brilliant then they turned it into an al-nighter and opened the Garden up into like a chill out area. Glory Days!
Loved labyrinth
i used to go there at 16/17!!!!
til I saw a girl get stabbed...
Time to move on. ;(
Original is the best !! 💃💃
oh cant belive, had this on tape, live record from pirates fm,tape old broken, been 24 yrs ,time is space, wicked tune ,love it,was just 18 ,42 still going-wake up SIMON,JOSEPH,HESHAM..........TIME TO COME ALIVE, wat 14 deaf
