I find that INFJs value personal growth. Then I come across certain people that act like they are saints on Earth. INFJs have high standards for the behavior of others but there are some people out there who have a standard of perfection of others but give themselves all the grace in the world. Just today, I heard a coworker say that there's no excuse for forgetting a diaper bag. However, they had a lateness problem for a whole year. Do they get to have their excuses for being late to work but others aren't allowed to make mistakes? It's overwhelming. Studying cognitive functions has helped me to cope with difficult people.
