- Shout out to Pius Lee, I did the Komaki Single Stroke. 👹 Probably the most fun battle in the entire game, in my opinion. People say this is the hardest fight in the game to no damage without tiger drop but I didn't struggle much, took like 2 tries.

This one was actually introduced in Yakuza 3 when you do Komaki's training

@@Rare_R1 If you have played Yakuza 3 you will get a message from Komaki that you can apply for his training and you will get certain heat action and skills such as the one that is timestamped

That's cause you never really get the chance to use it. I think it has to specifically be a katana and maybe a weapon master. Credentials you don't run into often in this game

This battle for me was special, a mix of hate and fun, but i learn a lot of things. in 2017 ( few weeks after the west release) there were no tiger drop videos + no damage .
I used brawler and dragon basic combos against the crowd or sometimes beast style heat actions and as you know sometimes isn't the properly strategy against shimano and his guys, because unlike the other battles in story mode there are much more guys around him and you can get some sloppy hits easily, especially at the end of the fight.
Until I realized I could take advantage of the heat actions with the dragon and komaki parry along brawler and dragon combos.
However, I really like your strategy because unlike my strategy with combos with brawler and dragon against a large group of enemies (quite risky) and few times with komaki parry. Body Counter move is a very good stategy because you can gain heat for your heat gauge in order to perform heat actions with dragon and it's safe.
so you deserved my " like" for the strategy and no damage too, lol.
Thanks a lot man! I think the best strategy for no damage without tiger drop is to use body counter when there are many enemies because, as you said, it's impossible to counter (unless it's Majima) and it builds a good amount of heat. But I didn't have as many problems doing this without tiger drop, as for Jo Amon no tiger drop. I'm uploading that soon, it was a very hard but fun fight.

That was on purpose. I was doing the same thing at 7:35, trying to make him grab me so I do the heat action, but then I told myself I was gonna save it as a finisher.

Uhm... uh.. is that a modded heat move ? Majima uses that heat move on Kiryu so i know it's in the files but in the heat moves list on kiwami i dont remember ever seeing that .it looks like the komaki stance . I literally bought this game again on playstation store just to try it out!
Which move are you talking about?
If you're talking about the heat action at 6:55 that's the Komaki Sword Reversal, it's not modded you just have to be on low health and you must use it against an enemy with a katana

@@AntiActionFox Yeah, it's just hard to perform, you have to be in Dragon style and you must use it when the enemy attacks
Update it works you just have to be at the right distance. It also works on koji shindo even though he is incapable of losing his sword. This may be a useful heat move on casual speedruns .
