That last veggie burger looked amazing ! Have not given up entirely on meat protein, but mostly plant based these days. I would try that burger .
I agree that the impossible burger is a close substitute. It's a bit spongier and lighter than a beef patty. It mimics the greasy moisture well, but that's also lighter. I had it simple like in the video, and the other ingredients sort of masked the flavor. I recommend going easy with the condiments, maybe skip the cheese, but avocado is good on it.
