I had my daughter watch all of your previous "fighting a southpaw" videos, of which she used to help formulate her game plan for her first five-rounder, against her first southpaw. She applied the tactics, won a unanimous decision, and an IKF strap for her efforts. So, thank you very much Mr. Valtellini, you can share in some of that victory with us. Grazie Di Tutto!
I'm a southpaw and pretty new to the sport and and I'm using all of this suggestions backwards, it's helping me to figure out how to be effective in sparring. You always have great content,I'm an avid follower of yours and I really hope you add some more for us southpaws! Grazie mille Joe!
What happens when the Southpaw's best weapon is his right hook? Are there specific tactics when the Southpaw doesn't rely on his left cross, but more of his right hook?
When fighting do I allway have to use head movements since there alot of head kick elbow and knees being thrown instead can I rely on my footwork and parry shin block

Perfect timing! Training at a new gym for a month while I’m out of town and I’m trying to figure out a southpaw in sparring. Awesome stuff
Been going southpaw allot since I hurt my back and now feel more comfy there. Nice to have the switch down and at the disposal
Great video guys, would love a PT session from you!
