I've never ever imagined having to go through WC - listening to you guys - I had no idea people were going through the kinds of hardships discussed here - I'm so glad that I got with Michael Burgis and Associates when I did. Nothing has taken long - I had no idea - I'm going to express my gratitude to them in the morning. For sure.

It is worse in New York. You have done all the doctors appointment and with lawyer. On mistake on Workers Comps part they did not file the final court hearing to close the case for three years.

So frecken true I have gone to appointments and sent home without notice, but if I was not present and I was on the colander the doctor would mark it against me. And insist I received a letter about his not coming to the appointment I whenI to though I never had it.

How do you request back pay for already approved inhome care, what for to file

When you request back pay it's usually for lost wages. In this case, it depends on what doctor requested it and if insurance accepts it. Usually requesting for the reports and then communicating with the insurance. Best to seek an attorney.
