Just picked this up for less than $5 last week. A couple things, since there's very little content about this game out there: - the roses clip on to the player boards (not clothing) to show who you are allied with...allies cannot send out a hit against each other for at least one round - the oranges are indeed the health markers...there's a section in the rulebook that talks about the significance of oranges in The Godfather movies - it is a "party game", but not in the usual way you'd think of a party game. When I think of a party game, I imagine teams shouting out answers to a prompt, answering trivia, or being forced to do charades or something. This works as a party game in that it's really just reading what the cards say to do and following the directions, so that most anyone can play it and it's done in less than 30 minutes. There is quite a bit of luck of the draw and a lots of take that. It's really going to depend on your crowd in terms of how much this one gets enjoyed...if your group features huge film buffs or fans of mafia IPs, then this will be a favorite, and especially worth it for the $5 it can be found for now.
