Even as a Cardiff fan, I really do think Villa have a chance at winning the Premier League. Under Unai Emery, they've qualified for the Champions League for the first time in 42 years, so I'm predicting it'll be a battle in the top three between them, Man City, and Arsenal.

Tbf John, last December, you said "lets see where we are come the end of the season" then gave the camera a little knocking smirk when asked about challenging for the title. We then scraped a draw at home vs Shef Utd, blew a 2 goal lead to Man Utd, drew with Everton, and lost at home 3-1 to Newcastle, in 4 of the next 5 games. Maybe just don't say anything.

Zero nutritional value in white bread/toast John! Brown bread has nutritional value and nutrients! I switched years ago and the difference is massive! I ate 6 slices of white toast and wasn't even full! 2/3 slices of brown bread and I'm full! Theres a massive nutritional value difference.......so players are still cutting corners and doing absolutely EVERYTHING they can to improve performance! Marginal Gains John! I can’t see Villa getting top 10 this season. Onana is shocking, the 2 players from Juventus are abysmal, dobbin is abysmal, barkley is alright but is no luiz, maatson is the best of a bad bunch and even he is bang average, I watch a lot of Dortmund and the amount of mistakes and bad games he has is unreal.
Newcastle will be the biggest threat to the top of the league this season. Their team looks phenomenal. Tonali is back aswell. I didn’t realise how good their team actually looks this season. If they get Guehi they will do serious things.
Brighton could do bits this season.
Man Utd will have a bad season as their signings have been nearly as bad as Villas. De Ligt is one of the most injury prone players around, Mazaroi or however it’s spelt is also injury prone, Zirkzee has good ball control but is a worse goalscorer than Hoijlund. Yoro is shocking with the ball but plays a few nice passes now and then.
West Ham could be up there this season even though I think they could of got a better striker than Fullkrug, he’s soo unfit! He struggles to play a full game constantly.

Is he serious or on the wind up? Villa won’t even get top 6 this season. Their transfers have been nothing short of horrific. I believe Villa have had the worst transfer window out of any club. Man Utd close second but jeeez villas signings are so poor.

Also even by the outside chance they are correct it is still better than doing nothing because villa need a bigger squad either way to try to not repeat what happened to Newcastle last season so just ignore them.

@Lee-vj2mi maatson single handily lost Dortmund the CL, i watch every single Dortmund game, they are my German team, he makes so many errors every match, he’s so sloppy and if he didn’t have pace he wouldn’t have anything. If he was that good Chelsea would of kept him.
