they arent "still" adding content, its a one time addition to celebrate it coming to switch and for an anniversary. its a cool suit, loved the batman movie, but at the same time i dont think im going to replay Arkham knight for the millionth time just to wear a new suit. but thats just me personally, i know how iconic this series was and i love it to death, happy to see them show they still care.@@VoyagersRevenge

To be honest in my opinion I think it looks pretty bad with Conroys Batman wearing it.. the suit was designed for scrawny Pattinson to look bigger than he is.. and looks phenomenal in the film. But having an actual muscular body wearing it makes it look strange... the arms, and legs are jacked, but the body looks skinny, with small chest.. the cowl makes his head look small.. the proportions are all off cause it was designed to be on a skinny, weak guy with a big head. Also it fits so well aesthetically cause Reeves basically copied Arkham Knights Gotham for his film lol. His opening shot of Gotham looks identical to Arkham Knight... Sick they're adding it though.

The opening narration mixed with the suit fits so well in the Arkhamverse.
It helps that the suit is very heavily inspired by the Arkham Knight batsuit already; that and Battinson's fighting style was practically ripped from the game(s).

I did not want to click because I expected another combat challenge, barely above average gameplay clip, another one of the bunch.
Holy shit this is the definition of outstanding, it's unbelievable you were able to get all these incredible footage, so much if it on NG+, and then you did such a banger of a production with the audio from the movie.

No, definitely not. It's too over-the-top and out of place. It's not Batman. Dick Grayson and the other Robin's.. Maybe. But it's too over-the-top for the Batman. All the unnecessary flying kicks, backflip dropkicks, jumping elbows. etc. 😖

The only thing is that how you’ll enter it will be different from all the other Batmobiles. For the others, you leap into them through the canopy(or the lack of one, in the case of the 1966 Batmobile) whereas the 2022 Batmobile is like a normal car via the door.
@@foldabotZthey could easily just switch it to where the top opens. If they do add it, I can see them doing that.
Unlikely, or if it gets added then it will only be available in the challenge races like the other Batmobiles. They cannot be used in campaign because of the tank combat scenarios. In other words, it would be a complete waste of time and resources.
@@MaaZeus if you do all the vehicle combat missions in the story taking out all the tanks you can use all Batmobile’s in free roam

I knew something screwy was up the other day, when I was playing it yesterday when just as quickly as it showed it left, DLC happened, got me all excited too, but a new cosmetic suit, cool! Arkham Knight is probably the best superhero game ever, it can't be beat, it will forevermore be my favourite of the Arkham series

It's amazing how much sound changes perception. In the game, the sounds are kind of soft, but in the video he made them very heavy and cumbersome, which I really feel the blows.
I would like to know, have you added mods for the camera? In the game, the camera is on top during the battle, but you have it very close

Editing and cinematography yes, but he scales down the gameplay skill to make it look like the movie.
I'd love it if Rocksteady makes a next gen upgrade with Ray Tracing and that it's a free upgrade for those who own the PS/Xbox or PC/Steam/Epic versions of the game. It'd also be neat if there's a new list of trophies and achievements. Furthermore I hope there's more suits other than the Robert Pattinson suit - Batman Begins, Batman Returns as well as both suits from Batman Forever (and maybe Batman & Robin).

My second most played PS game of all time (Witcher 3 is #1) and one I’ve only just replayed at the start of the year. Yes, I know a lot of people prefer City but Knight just looks and plays so incredibly well for a last gen game I can only imagine (and wish) that we can have an upgraded PS5 version one day as not only could it look absolutely incredible but it’d give me a chance to get all the trophies again … plus those pesky riddles!
Insomniac’s Spider-Man games are fantastic but for me the Arkham games will always be the best superhero games.
I just re-download it the other day on PS5. It looks Amazing as is. I was still blown away. I couldn't imagine how better it would look upgraded.

I noticed the fighting style in the video is slightly different than Arkham Knight’s. It seems a little slower paced and more grounded. It looks fantastic and refreshing. Is this a mod, or do you just know the game well? I would love to be able to get mine to look like that.
He's just not doing a lot of critical or normal strikes. He's just doing normal counters and perfect counters (you throw the enemy) mostly For one shot he uses the avoid move twice in a row. The gameplay is not masterful but it fits with the film fighting, the shots and cinematography are masterful though.

Arkham is so revered in my opinion in part because the representation of Batman as a Combatant is as close as the comics that has ever been represented. In the comics, he has mastered every form of combat in the planet, totalling 127 martial arts. Now, in the Arkham series, they have an idiosyncratic admixture of 12 different martial arts that make up the combat play of Batman. And just by using 12 alone, they have basically made the most comic accurate Batman, and that's 12 martial arts to simulate someone who has mastered 127.
My point is, theres room for improvement in both the films and video games. One day, they should but a comprehensive list of the martial arts mastered by Batman and the respective set of techniques, of each art into a computer and figure out to generate fight sequences that uses the techniques/tactics/strategy of every martial art concurrently. Like make even minimalist fight choreography that involves Batman taking down people as instantly as possible, but somehow have a computer have the most "functional" fight options engineered while being informed in 127 styles.
I hope James Gunn showcases a Batman at this level.
