One tip that the owner from Queen of thrones castor packs says in all her interviews is… if you don’t see any differences at all.. it’s because of your hydration levels are too low. Improve your hydration and then you should see some more benefits with castor oil packs x

White Teeth- Instead of coconut oil pulling, you can use about 1tsp or less of castor oil in you mouth after brushing teeth in the morning and swish around for 1-5 mins then spit out in trash (not sink, it can mess up plumbing) and you will have a natural teeth whitener that has your smile bright and white!!!
Also I know with the queen of thrones pack you do not need heat, but adding a heat pad on top of it for 20-30 mins b4 you fall asleep can help with the penetration.

The Queen of Thrones body wraps are expensive and are recommended to be replaced every 2 months. To make mine last longer I bought organic cotton flannel on Amazon. I put that against my skin and then hold it in place with the wrap. This way the wrap stays clean and will last much longer.

After a few times the flannel gets soaked (although I was careful not to put a lot of oil) and the castor oil penetrates the pack. It happened to me.

Thanks for making this video, I saw your other video on rebounding… Im a subbie now 😊
I started doing castor oil packs recently too! Sept 19th to be exact so only a month (I missed a wk from vaca). I was super intrigued to start because it is said to help w any type of scar tissue, cyst, tumor, fibroid, etc and I have endometriosis. So i have been experimenting w different placements of the pack (I ALWAYS start off w the heat pad for 30 min, remove heat then leave pack on over night). I don’t wake up puffy in the face regardless of the placement so far 😊
The 1st time I decided to try for my kidney area I must’ve also included my lungs because within 2 hrs I kept getting up to expel phlegm that I didn’t even know I had. I slept great that night despite having to pee a couple times and the next morning I realized I could take the deepest inhale without coughing and I couldn’t do that prior. My skin looks clearer & brighter, I feel more stable in general, no crazy ups and downs like pms (so I do think it’s helping w my hormones which is what got me started). I have not had the morning runs like some have reported- I have the complete opposite problem so still being hopeful that it will eventually help my digestion. Sorry if TMI
But if anyone reads this who also suffers from Endometriosis, from my 25yrs of research, a sluggish liver is always part of our dilemma, so here’s to happy liver packing 🫶🏽

Soooooo thankful for your well thought out comment and has me looking to reintroduce a heating pad because I had stopped that and I still get a puffy face in the AM. As another comment details, those of us (me included) who don’t notice digestion changes may not be properly hydrated - which is a BIG topic. You may drink plenty of water, like me, but minerals and electrolytes may be deficient, which the Queen of the Thrones founder talks about often. Never too much info, thank you so much for taking the time. I’ll be testing out with the heating pad!!! And I know others take great value in your advice too ❤️

Did you feel improvements in your endometriosis pain?

    • @NotYourAvgJoey
      @NotYourAvgJoey 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@andreasommerrock7775 honestly I can’t comment about it, and I say that because my endo pain has greatly lessened in the last yr and I don’t have an explanation for it. I can tell you that since the age of 13 I have had endo pain and every symptom that comes with it plus my hormones were jacked at an early age too (hot flashes every month from 15-17 yrs old). The only pain med that would work for me was naproxen, and I would take 500 mg for pain - sometimes 2 tabs. And would also have to take for flare up throughout the month and for days leading up to the start of my cycle. I am now 39 and for the 1st time in my life I haven’t been needing to take any pain meds for my period at all. I can tell that my cycle is changing (flow and all). But I don’t have a good reason why the pain would subside to pretty much zero other than me quitting my full time job. I know stress play a big part in endo as well. I quit beginning of ‘22 and noticed I didn’t need pain meds around early spring of this year ‘23. I can tell you though to look into trying Lauricidin. It took care of the endo gut flares that I started getting this year and my pain med WOULD. NOT. TOUCH. IT
Not even a little bit nor take the edge off. I’m not sure why this happened. But like I said, my cycles have been changing so I don’t really get pelvic pain lately, if anything it has been that constant stabbing barbwire pain in the middle of my gut - which I know is related to my endo/cycle because it only happened a day before or the day of my cycle.
Sorry, I didn’t mean for this message to be so long. But I do highly recommend you looking into a product Lauricidin for endo pain/gut pain etc. I found out about this product through a rabbit hole forum on Quora where a woman and a physician were chatting and then a random 3rd woman commented that it got rid of her endo pain in one month. And since I’ve tried everything, but bleach and fire for my endo pain, I figured why not give it a shot?
Again I can’t say that it rid me of period/endo pain because I didn’t start Lauricidin until late August of this yr ‘23 and my pelvic pain was already non existent. But it has gotten rid of the gut pain that my Rx couldn’t touch in the least bit.
All the best to you in your health journey 🌱

For the castor oil pack, just follow what she does in the video. Put castor oil on the natural cloth (organic wool or organic cotton), then place that cloth over the are of your liver or whatever part of your body you are trying to target for help/pain relief. Then place the wrap over the cloth to secure it in place.
I like to lay down and put an electric heating pad on top of the area to help drive the castor oil into my skin (I do this for 30min to an hour) remove the heating pad but keep on the wrap overnight and remove in the morning.
You will want to put down a towel to cover your bedding since any rouge castor oil will stain

If constipation is still a problem after doing castor oil packs your body is probably low on magnesium. Magnesium also helps us sleep well. Also if a person is having muscle cramping the body needs magnesium. I have read several times, that most people's magnesium levels are low, at least in the U.S. . There are different types of magnesium so do your research which supplement is best for you. Overall for entire body health, I have found Buffered Chelated Magnesium works well. There is a brand- CALM which is magnesium carbonate ( its in flavored powered form that you add to water) works well to calm the body so you sleep well.... if you take too much it will also be a laxative, so start with a little and get your body use to it. Here's to good health

Not washing the eye masks daily kinda grosses me out so I went with the little pads instead. Just throw them in a lingerie bag when you do your whites. Rub a liberal amount all around the eye, place pads and then the silk mask. Hello thick eyelashes, hydrated skin, whites of eyes improved and lessened dark circles. Also improves sleep if you track yours. Love.

These have come a long way. I used to put castor oil saran wrapped around my midsection because I heard it helped digestion. This was back in high school so it was a while ago. I have inflammatory bowel disease and have always had a severe case so I didn’t notice any help with that. It has been ages since I thought about it but might try this for period cramps. I get 10/10 bad cramps and my doctor said its common for IBD women to have more severe cramps and diarrhea because of the hormone fluctuations. I definitely get every possible period issue. Have you noticed any help in that department?? Also, is this supposed to make you sweaty or do you get hot from this during the night?

I have tried it for cramping and so hard to tell if the castor oil helps or if it’s the heating pad - but I have read it helps with cramping and even accelerating the cycle. Although I don’t understand why! Nonetheless, I do use it from cramping! Sometimes when sleeping the pack bothers me and I will just take it off in the middle of the night. Not so much because I’m hot - just bothered. My sister is a super hot sleeper and she likely won’t try it overnight so that says something!

The main problem of the castor oil packs will be the poison jam in the liver, for by applying the castor oil packs you will be able to mobilize the toxins in the human body but you are not able to excrete these ones efficiently, this in contrast to take castor oil orally. Further a study in the Turkey has shown that castor oil packs are unsuitable to relieve a constipation, this too in contrast to the swallowing of castor oil. So, the optimal manner to cleanse not only the intestines but the liver too will be to swallow regularly 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach.

@@RundownwithRachel From my own experience I know that all the Doctors - may they be Natural Doctors or not - and all the qualified Herbalists know nothin upon the biochemical process of castor oil in the human body. The problem is the fact that all what you may find upon the physiological effects of castor oil in the human body in the medical and pharmaceutical literature is wrong or at least superficial. During my university courses I had to register a lecture upon experimental chemistry during two semesters and to write the belonging examination. So I have been able to analyse the biochemical process of castor oil in the human body. Up to this day not one pharmacist or doctor has been able to disprove my line of argument:
The human body is not able to absorb fats or oils directly, these ones must be splitted in a water soluble form:
      - When a fat or a oil will reach the duodenum some hormones will be created in the wall of the duodenum in order to activate the gall bladder and the pancreas to an excretion of the respective content.
      - With the gall poisons and heavy metals (methylmercury!) will be excreted in the duodenum.
      - In the duodenum the gall and the secretion of the pancreas will split the fat or the oil in a fat or an oil acid and glycerine.
      - In the small intestine the fat or the oil acid will be absorbed together with the poisons and heavy metals (enterohepatic cycle).
Castor oil for itself is no laxative, but this one must be splitted in the duodenum in order to realize a laxative effect:
      - When the castor oil will reach the duodenum some hormones will be created in the wall of the duodenum in order to activate the gall bladder and the pancreas to an excretion of the respective content.
      - With the gall poisons and heavy metals (methylmercury!) will be excreted in the duodenum too.
      - In the duodenum the gall and the secretion of the pancreas will split castor oil in riciloneic acid and glycerine.
      - The ricinoleic acid will activate the passive histamins being deposed in the small intestine, so the peristalsis will begin (first step).
      - So, in the small intestine the ricinoleic acid will not be absorbed together with the poisons and heavy metals (interruption of the enterohepatic cycle).
      - In the case that with the gall toxins will be carried from the liver in the duodenum the Prostaglandin Synthesis E2 (PGE2) will occur, this with cramps in the bowels and in the uterus (second step).
So, swallowing castor oil is the most effective form to cleanse the human body from all poisons and heavy metals, this by the interruption of the enterohepatic cycle. All the castor oil being not splitted by the gall and the secretion of the pancreas in riciloneic acid and glycerine will be pushed out of the intestines and will make dirty marks on the toilet, for it is absolutely impossible that this one will be absorbed by the human body. To take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil will be recommended in numerous contributions of India and the neighbouring countries for an effective bowel movement. This dosage castor oil corresponds to the volume of the gall bladder of most people in order to split the castor oil in ricinoleic acid and glycerine completely.

He padecido durante mucho tiempo de insomnio y esto para mí ha sido encontrar un tesoro escondido. I placed a hand towel over my belly to prevent the oil from getting on my sheets/blanket and went to sleep. Did this for a few nights. Honestly, putting it in my belly button did nothing for me so I started ingesting 1 tsp orally. That really got things moving.

I thought the same! Many castor oil pack experts say otherwise if you can believe that!

I've been reading comment for suggestions, and my BF suggested using a hot water bottle instead of heating pad since oil and heat don't always mix well! lol Do you have any problems with that?

Thads actually been an alternative to hearing pads which I’ve seen recommended! There is an AWESOME FB group called Castor Oil Remedies which is such a great resource. Be sure to check that out!

@@RundownwithRachelThanks, Rachel! I was "kicked off" FB years ago for writing about the 'safe and effective'. Both are heat sources, but I was worried about burns from the oil and electric combination. I guess that has more to do with duration of the heat.

What if you’re pregnant? Can you do this

Hey there! Really good question. From my research I haven’t seen this recommended either way for pregnant women. However, I have learned that it is not recommended to use castor oil packs while menstruating. All that said, if I get pregnant personally, I wouldn’t use the packs, just to be safe.

I’ve watched 2 other TH-cam’s on castor oil and they both said pregnant women shouldn’t use castor oil as it induces labour

No, No NO - it can induce labor
