You are trying to be the best mom and still pour into yourself. You need to breathe and not take on so much on your plate. We are your village although we can’t be there physically we are here. It’s very important to do a lot of one on one time when you have multiple kids. I only had one so I didn’t run across that problem. I could only imagine trying to stretch myself and give everyone some of my time. You’re doing amazing. You are the true definition of a mama. You show up and do what you have to do regardless of how you’re feeling. I know you are going through it right now. Things will get better and I pray God turns your mess into a message. He’s really so good at that. I ruined my life back in my late 20s and he sure showed up and showed out in my life. Much love!❤❤❤❤

Have you considered doing outside workouts in your back yard? All you really need is some weights , jump ropes , and a mat for a good workout.
Or inside the house, stairs, clean, trampoline, swim laps! Girl that entire house is a gym, count them steps & watch the calories burned! 💯💯💯

You can work out in your pool. Water aerobics, water running or water toning.

@@sabrina1214 it is definitely a work out I fractured my toe while I was training for a half marathon and ended up finishing out the rest of my training in the pool. I came out faster then if I had trained on pavement.
Aqua aerobics are great esp bcs it helps with your resistance against the water.. it works.

It is so hard to make sure you have alone time with each of your sons. I completely understand worrying about hurting one's feelings, because you take the other somewhere without them. I had to teach my boys that sometimes it's Mommy and Jai time. Whatever we do, we will do it alone. Just like when it's Mommy and Mycah time, we will do it alone. Then other times we will all go together. I started teaching them that young, so it would get easier. It was definitely hard at first, bc I felt so bad leaving one of them out, but I stuck to it and never gave in. They really cherish the 'Mommy and me' dates. They are 18(Autistic) and 12 now and we still do them. We still also do 'Mommy and Us' dates.

As a full time stay at home of two toddlers I feel you on the over stimulated. They literally follow me around making a mess as I’m cleaning. lol. And they love physical touch so they need my love allllllll dayyyyy. You should see them when I attempt to shower. 😂 I’m alone with them all week and their dad sleeps Saturday and spends Sunday with us. It’s rough but also so sad about them getting bigger.

In my classroom (1st grade), students don't lose points/fake money/tokens/etc they've already earned. It's important not to negate the good that they did. It also teaches them that behavior can change. If they start the morning off poorly, they need to know that doesn't mean their entire day is ruined and they should just give up. They need to know they have the opportunity to turn it around. They're still learning that life isn't just good or just bad (or one day isn't just good or just bad).
