I’m a kinder teacher and with our curriculum, we teach our kids that any time the letter a is before the letters M or N, it makes a nasal sound (we call it whiny a) just a little tip that helps my kiddos 😊

McKenna, I say this with out judgement and with love and light. I may not personally know you but, I strongly believe you're in need of extra hands with the kids. From my perspective you are trying to be a supermom and superwoman. It's tough to wear all the hats you do and not struggle. It's not you're a bad person or that you're not doing enough... In fact you're doing too much. You are human and you need help. Your household, job and you are greatly overwhelmed right now. You're also growing fast with out time to grasp that. You've done a lot in short period of time. I would consider a nanny, extra activities or classes if daycare makes you uncomfortable. Maybe even an assistant for yourself. You're a boss, you've got this. Love you very much girl! You make me proud and inspire me.
Kenna girl I love that you show the REAL DEAL of motherhood. I have 3 kids also (twins and a 3 year old) and whew 😅 ITS A LOT but you handle it like a pro. 💙 and the fact you do it all and still make content. I am inspired ✨
Yesssss. I know that everything isn’t always shown in the vlogs but love that with any lows you always seem to keep a positive mindset around it. And 3 hrssssss definitely got me through the last bit of this shift haha.

One thing that has helped me throughout the week is meal prepping. I usually meal prep things such as soups, quinoa, and breakfast burritos/sandwiches to get me through the morning as well. You can also divide fresh vegetables and huge tubs of meat that you buy to save more. It’s something that came in handy for my kids and when I’m not able to spend money on groceries yet. ❤ 41:40

Sis! mello is such a happy child, a few vlogs ago you mentioned taking him to a specialist since he does not talk much. But you may want to take him to a pediatrician and they can evaluate them and refer them for speech therapy and a hearing exam if they can only imitate speech or actions but doesn't produce words or phrases by themselves, they say only certain words and only those words repeatedly.
I son just started talking like a different child one day at 3, I believe it was always there boys are just different but I but him in speech therapy anyway

After the day I had I just wanna say: to anyone who's ever been a victim of bullying / hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred and compulsive anxieties later on. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: maybe if I wasn't 'different', if I was 'normal' I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had androgynous look, which was a real fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

I use to experience hormonal acne and what really helped me was keeping my stress levels down, and a dietician told me a cup of raspberries everyday helps. Also a simple skincare routine. Hope that helps 😘😘😘

I honestly relate so much to what you were talking about with doing worldly things. For me I’ve stopped doing a lot of things because they genuinely just no longer do anything for me. I’ve been on this walk for about a year & went to the club recently & just didn’t enjoy myself. Not that I felt convicted about going, but more so there was nothing there for me anymore. But if you get something out of it I feel there’s nothing wrong with going- as long as you’re showing as representative of Christ & not doing things that hinder your relationship with him.
