When I first discovered amazon, I fell in love with it. You can buy almost anything you want for a competitive price. Somethings of course are more expensive than some stores but the selection they have and how fast they can get it to you is amazing. Once I became a prime user, I couldn’t go back to non-prime. Amazon is one of the best companies when it comes to being customer oriented. Good video and very informative!
Amazon excels in every possible way over all other online shopping experiences...except in Prime Day. Its kind of seen as a joke by most and as a warehouse clearing strategy by others. Seems like they just need to clear out the junk no one has bought over the year from their warehouses. But of course that's how Black Friday works too so no surprise there. Still its not a good look for Amazon to have such crappy stuff on sale.
"secret sauce" also includes abusing workers tax evasion terrible ergonomics prying on last-mile delivery drivers and of course, worshiping all mighty Jeff
Yes, thats how these companies make money and fools paint them in glamour. I used to buy a lot when I was in India because it was cheaper than stores but here in UK amazon is costlier so I dont buy much.
@Angie White That isn't Amazon's fault...report your delivery person to UPS, FedEx, or local Amazon office if you use Prime Now. Amazon has always had great customer service in my experience.
Of course it's Amazon's responsibility. It's their carrier and part of their supply chain. It's Amazon Prime delivery service and, even if it's contracted to a 3rrd party to fulfil, my contract is with Amazon to ensure delivery of my goods to an agreed location and not to be thrown over my gate on to concrete paving below. Amazon asked me about my delivery experience for analytics to feed into overall KPIs but won't respond on individual issues via this method.

My local prime Amazon deliveries get thrown over my back gate, despite there being a door bell and the gate not being locked- thanks Amazon
