What is Critical to FMCG Supply Chains of the Future?
The one certainty of the current age is that predicting the future is a dangerous game. As retail morphed over the second half of the last century from local, traditional stores to large scale retailers, consumers changed too but the pace was slow. The volatile world we live in today, enabled by significant advances in technology creates a very different future state.
Understanding what the critical success factors of the future will be in this changing world will be ever more important. This session will debate this area and make some suggestions as to what these success factors might be.
