Cauliflower gratin in OptiGrill / Kukkakaali gratiini OptiGrillissä

This is my first run with OptiGrill Snacking and Baking Accessory. I didn't got many ingredients in the fridge - so this came out. Cauliflower gratin with some whitefish.
First impression about the snacking&baking accessory: It seems to work like an oven! Excellent! I can use it in summer outside on my terrace while having a barbecue. Then I don't need to go inside and outside all the time. (So barbeque videos coming when winter is over!) Also cleaning was super easy and when the dinner was ready, I could just lift the whole pan on the table.
Next time I will try to do some bread with this baking box - and Finnish pancake!
