Carrot cake in OptiGrill (or in oven)

Here is easy carrot cake recipe for OptiGrill or for normal oven.
Dough:
6 carrots
3 eggs
3dl sugar
3½ dl wheat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
Toppings:
100-150g butter
2x 180g cream cheese
3dl powder sugar
(2 tsp vanilla sugar, optional)
Almonds (smashed)
In oven: 170C for 45 - 50min
In OptiGrill: Manual yellow mode - 45 to 50 minutes
Why OptiGrill is better than oven? It's easier to look out for the cake and see when it's ready. Just open the lid and use stick. In oven it's bit trickier.
This is quite a big batch. I noticed that you can put some of the yield in freezer. But - usually this wont last more than 2 days. It's so good!
