- Installation of Puig Enduro 2, foot pegs on the Kawasaki Versys X300. The Puig enduro 2 foot pegs are purchased in two pieces - the adapter that is motorcycle dependent and the Enduro 2 foot pegs. I this video the two parts are shown and then the removal of the stock foot pegs and continues with the installation of the new Puig foot pegs.
The Puig adapters were purchased from Rezilla.com at this LINK: www.revzilla.c...
The Puig adapters specific for the Kawasaki Versys X300 were also purchased from Rezilla.com at this LINK: www.revzilla.c...
Thanks for sharing that install Dave. Clean bike and garage!
Hey Dave, Axle Johansson here. Good install video. E clip pointers...removing, stick a small screwdriver in the E between the clip and what it's clipped on, twist the screwdriver, should pop right off, install...set it to the groove and with pliers just pinch it going from the clip and piece it mounts to
Excellent advice. My biggest concern was to have one of those E clips go sailing across the garage and with my garage full of stuff it would have been quite the job to find the needle in the hay stack. Thank you.
Your channel has been invaluable to me and my x300. Thanks
Thank you. The X300 is a great platform to add accessories. I will be making a video (or 2) on following up on some of the accessories I've added. Sort of like a 1 to 2 year review. This will be something a bit different for me.
@@trekOCLVone nice! With a few exceptions, I think I'm getting close to dialed in on this bike. In mid June, I'm going on a 2000+ mile tour, and will be looking forward to a summary of your experiences.
Saludos Sr. Trek. Un gusto verlo nuevamente 🤝
¡De nada! Ha pasado un tiempo pero ya estoy de vuelta!
Would you happen to have a link to your shifter? I absolutely love your channel. Thanks for all the great ideas and information!
The Fire Power shifter that I bought is same as used on the Kawasaki KLX250S (2006-2014). Thank you for your Question.
Here is the link to the shifter that I bought and is in the video: www.ebay.com/itm/204363115561?
Looking good! I keep wondering if I need wider pegs 🤔
I wanted to have not only the wider platform but also wanted to tilt the platform for more compatibility with my adventure touring boots that are quite large in the toe area. So, two things had to be updated the shifter which is one inch longer that stock (also had the folding end) and the foot pegs that are tilted for easy shifting.
