      @@christiantamer1625 Sorry Chris...gotta agree with El here. Out of step. And "PICK 'EM UP AND PUT 'EM DOWN"! Troops hardly lifting their feet! And before you make a smart ass remark...I did BCT in '81, spent 12 years in and NEVER played "Call of duty". We were WAY more squared away back then then the troops I'm seeing in various videos of BCT today! ESPECIALLY in front of civi's!

      Lol y’all do have some battles in this vid out of step but it’s whatever. I graduated from this company too but in Oct 2018. I was in 2nd plt with DS Marshal and McGarvey. I remember DS harp in 4th plt was with us for first 3 weeks then left for further training. I guess he returned. Damn I still see DS pierella and Capt Iosefo.

    By the time I was done with AIT I just felt like a cheer leader calling cadence.
    We were Alpha company cobras it was so embarrassing I can’t explain it through this comment but when they called us to attention we had to make a cobra by putting our elbow on our hand
    And going
    TSSSS with a striking motion like a cobra
    The melody of the cadence went from warrior battle cries to ...
    These soft melodies

    • @ArmycAv2nd
      @ArmycAv2nd 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Fort Jackson is home to basic combat training (BCT) for non-combat arms Soldiers. Most Combat Arms Soldiers go through OSUT (one station unit training) where they attend BCT and AIT in the same company. Fort Jackson is predominately a BCT only base, so 9 weeks and you are gone. The combat arms Soldiers often consider it a vacation since it’s such a brief stay.
