- Are you ready to taste the best roast fish and lobster right out the ocean? Then look no further than Ducky's. Watch as he makes his food to order. He puts his special twists on seasoning and flavouring the seafood. the food is cooked between layers of banana leaves and is seasoned with salt, seasoning peppers aka pimento peppers, shadon beni / bandania/culantro/recao. The simplicity of his food speaks for its self.
make sure you try it with his amazing and to die for pepper sauce.
