bro that is real hard work. Best of luck on your fight. So inspiring to see. I just picked up boxing as a hobby at 29, done it for only 7 months. Huge huge respect to those who constantly put themselves in the trenches. Do you sleep in the afternoon like a nap, as your training sessions can start quite early like Monday?
I ask where you get the energy from? I think fighters are born with good energy systems... It is God given....I feel burnt out most days due to bad sleep
what can we learn for when were 90 yers old and think about all the work we did how do we protect ourselves intelligently so we don't have any issues someone tell me. Floyd looks great. I guesss its about just taking care of yourselff but I wanna know from these comments what helps us be healthy after this what do we gotta learn
Not the typical Boxing Training. It is more komplex and wider and it is my training....years ago the whole climbing world adapted my training, now the fighting world copies my training....hey guys: never train running beside cars, buildings, streets,....run in woods, mountains, beside lakes....the city makes people weak....
The dedication will always pay off!! Great work!
Thank you 👊

Can i do these as a amateur fighter?????
So, how many hours per week would you say mate?
So normally how many hours per day?
Good video your sparrings light or hard
Why don't you do pull ups and dips with weights and legs you train for explosiveness?
Because that will add bulk to the frame and you need to stay tight within your weight range for your weight class if you’re a pro.
how tall are you just wondering
Che guantoni usi ??
