Nice to see someone test out new gen. I test out 12v impact wrench with 4ah battery and it able to break 250 FT LB torque!!! Hope to see you test out with 6ah battery. 🎉
@@zacksintheshop the one I test is 80013 ( out of stock) with 280 ft lb break and 225 tighten. The new one u talking about maybe 80214 with 225 break and 180 tighten ( it all commercial advertisement so I wont trust that much lol) Hope it help.
Great video as always Zack. I love these comparison videos. Those tools look pretty nice. It seems like they are improving that 20v line. I'd love to see how that 12v impact handles that 6.0 and see if it gives it much more power. I just picked up the new 12v die grinder and I am impressed with it so far.
I wanted so badly to buy that dye grinder, but decided to start with the six amp hour battery first. I have to pace myself. Thanks for watching. I’m gonna try to start doing these type videos again.
Just bought one after pricing out similar torque range models by other brands. Definitely good bang for the buck and even if I have to replace it in 3 years I’ll still pay less than one from harbor freight or other big box store
Not gonna lie. I was just at Costco and I picked up a craftsman 20 V brushless impact with two batteries and a charger and a bag for $80. It’s the same kit that’s at Lowe’s for $180.
I picked up the beast 900lb torque with the 4ah battery for $99..it's needed cause many can't break the lugs loose after they put them on with a impact..that's why lugnut extractors sale so good..but need a bigger impact to work
You need to get the new version of the 12v impact wrench and they came out with a die grinder and a air compressor, they also came out with the 6ah battery
Did anyone notice the new that hyper tough released a new 2 ah battery that has USB a @27 watts. And USB c @30 watts ports for 24 bucks. Seems maybe Chervon makes these packs for hyper tough. Battery packs
I like all tools I don't discriminate, especially antique, I am partial to Klein Tools. Hyper-rough will do the job just as well as any other just not as fast
I bought the new Hammer Drill, Impact Driver, and Circular saw. The Drill is absolutely horrible. Would cut out at the slightest resistance on high, even with a 4 amp battery. I was able to stall it simply by holding the chuck. Low speed is better, but forget about using it to drive screws on high. I'll stick with the 12v line, those have been flawless. . So far the Impact driver is OK, low speed control is lacking, but the power is decent. The circular saw is decent, but feels very cheap. These are manufactured by Chervon and are almost identical to the SKIL compact line, but built much cheaper.
I mean it’s a tool and should do tool stuff but I am not gonna say it’s gonna be good for semi drivers that thinks it will take a lug off. You would be hurting using that thing
I would be happy to see you test the high torque and the 3/8ths 12v with 6ah battery.
I’ll definitely do it then
I just bought the high torque today, absolutely amazing for the price
Yes, would be interesting to see the high torque 👍
Yes Please 🙏 🇺🇸
I’m trying to renovate my rig so it’s able to test a high torque impact wrench. As soon as I’m able to do that, I will definitely test it.

Pretty good. I think I need to get a new one. I am uploading a video on the 6 AH tomorrow.

I didn’t even know Costco had craftsman stuff
That's because it's 1/4 inch not 1/2.
I would love to see a test of the high torque
I’ll definitely have to update my rig for that one

It comes with a fast charger too
Thanks for testing out the new 20v - I curious what they were like when I walked past the display the other day.
Now: 12v! 12v! 12v! 12v!
Will do
I like it , you know they just came out with their own modular toolbox system Hyper Stack 👍
I saw there were some new storage bins, but I didn’t see the hyper stack yet
I wish they would come out with a duel charger so it can fit both 12 and 20v, with the lcd screen of course
That would be a good idea.
I just bought the compact and the mid torque.
The compact is very powerful for the size.
Yes, please make a series of these new HT cordless 12 and 20V. By the way, what are the claimed power from the box of both new tools.
The new compact is 350 ft/lbs. The mid torque is 550 ft/lbs.
@@zacksintheshop They also have a $99 high tq. 1/2", claimed power of 900 break away. ..
Yes the 3/8 with the 6ah would be nice! I have the 4ah and curious what the 6could do
That video is coming today. It’s not all on the the 3/8 impact but it is included. I am testing the 6 AH battery on several tools.

I am working on a video with six amp hour battery right now
Test the high torque! I don't know why I have this weird infatuation with these tools either.
If I can work out the translation between the PSI and the foot pounds of torque I will. It shouldn’t be too hard of a conversion.
@@zacksintheshop please sir. I'm probably still going to buy it but I still want to see it used before I buy it lol.
Please try the new brushless hammer drill from hyper tough 20v 🙏
I’ll work on it.
I was just at Walmart and saw they had a new 4 volt ratchet. Would be interesting to see if it has enough power to really do anything.
I saw it! I might try it soon. Go against the USB Ryobi version.
@@zacksintheshop Awesome, eagerly awaiting the showdown. It's less than half the price of the Ryobi so I'm very tempted.
Idk if their "bad boys" but for the price you can't go wrong and Walmart's are everywhere
Bad boys is a blanket term for a wide array of tools.
👍👍👍

I hope to test those soon.
@zacksintheshop also wonder batteries they use their 2ah look smaller than skil 2ah. Like half the size

I don’t know why I’m so curious about them, maybe just prove some of the other ones are overpriced

I didn’t know Chevron was making them.
Can you do the die grinder please
I def want to do that one!
Is there going to be a new STUBBY IMPACT ?
I think it already came out. I am realizing I have the older version.
Why is nobody making a video about the new high torque that just releases?
My rig is not strong enough to test it. I have the Ryobi high torque to test against it but the gear just ain’t ready yet.
I mean it’s a tool and should do tool stuff but I am not gonna say it’s gonna be good for semi drivers that thinks it will take a lug off. You would be hurting using that thing
Yeah, I don’t know about that one either, you might be right
There’s a video showing it took Semi nuts off with ease. The 20v 1/2 did
@@KingIrvXL that’s good. I don’t think mine would. It doesn’t really struggle struggle with my truck lugs but it definitely could be stronger lol
The design is carbon copy of Bosch GDS 18V-350, recently launched....
12 volt!!!
Why ask you know we want to see the 12v tested😂
It’s like when you go to a rock concert and the band asked do you want to rock tonight when they know the answer.
