Nobody said it was going to be easy, a century old house is always full of surprises, especially when you are relocating a bathroom et redoing the whole plumbing installation. I pick up the pace with the bathroom build after building back some confidence and autonomy! Thing don't always go as plan but we keep pushing forward nomather what
I have been dreaming of owning a piece of land to build a Skaters Paradise for a long time and now the biggest step, finding and buying the best spot is done! After many years of volunteer work a Projet 45, i will now put my acquired skills to the development of the Skateboard Ranch, some kind of Skateboarding retreat where one can get away from the city and the plague of the razor scooter in their local park. Like any DIY endeavour, The whole project will take some time to take shape but with a lot of hard work and help from my friends, I'm pretty sure this is the beginning of something unique.

Man! I’m exhausted just watching you do so much heavy work. And you researched and knew how to use all those tools. Just the demolition aspect was horrendous.

Another awesome video! Our bathroom is almost the exact same footprint. You guys are doing an amazing job, so much gets done when you live there full time, we are so jealous!
Man its not easy everyday but its all worth while! Now that we have a full bathroom and a somewhat functioning kitchen its a bit more “normal”. Lets just say it was getting really cold a the end to cook in the garage, winter has hit us super early this year, we have had snow on the ground for 2 weeks already! I was able to move the fridge and oven inside just in time!
@@SkateboardRanch That's awesome man, really great timing. We haven't got any snow yet, but we don't have a kitchen either. We just hot plate it when we are there, but I cannot imagine living there full time without a kitchen. A bathroom and running water were our goal too in the beginning but we drew water from the river and had a bathroom with "a great view" for a whole year before we were able to get running water!

My goal as always been to reach as many people as possible so its a no brainer than English as more reach than french, even tho its a bit harder for me to do everything in English.

I've been skating almost 20 years and I've never been so frustrated or cursed at an inanimate object as much as I had installing laminate flooring. It's not as easy as it's made out to be.
Man it was so bad at first, the damn thing kept popping out, i would do a couple rows that look fine and then boom it’s popping all over the place!
