Thanks! That's great to hear, whishing you a smooth year 2. It certainly evolves as one learns more about how they like to travel and finding those places that speak to your travel lifestyle.
Today (actually tonight at 7 lol)my husband and I released our latest video, 3 Years of Travel-Do We Have Regrets! So yes, we have things in common. We sold our home and most of our stuff and now we llive in Canada, Mexico and wherever else looks interesting and fits our budget. We have a campervan that we use to travel North America and we spend part of the canadian winter in Bucerias, Mexico where we have a condo that we rent out when we're not there. It's a great life and (spoiler alert) we have no regrets!
Congratulations on your adventure👏👏. It is amazing to me that you can travel full time for 5 years. Every-time we travelled to Europe for two months at a time (in 2024 Greece and France), we get home sick. By the end of our two months of travel we are so ready to come back home to Southern California. 🙏💖
I miss Puerto Rico too!!💗🙏🏽🇵🇷 I am so happy you loved my island so much.❤ I just came back from Medellin, Colombia. You would both like it. It’s cost effective and people were friendly. I hope you head over to South America soon and visit Mendoza region for the wine and food!❤ We are selling everything in Boston, moving to our PR house part time, and traveling the world. We have four years to go! Have fun and thank you!
Argentina and specifically the Mendoza region are on our list. Four years should give you plenty of time to prepare for sure! Sounds like a great plan!
Congrats. You didn't mention any thoughts on your immediate families? Any impact from being away. How many times have you returned in your time frame abroad?
We actually covered this on our previous video, "Are You Prepared for the Unexpected When Traveling Full Time". We had a family emergency while in Albania and decided to come back to the States after 6 months abroad. So far we've been coming back to see family and friends at least once a year. Thanks for watching!
Hi guys, interesting video, seeing your thoughts after your experiences so far. I am still early in the process, I spent the first 6 months of this year selling up, and I am now slow travelling (shameless plug to my channel :) )... But yeah you have done so much and I hope I get as much out of it as you have. I hit the road in July and have done Vietnam, Albania and Greece so far... Keep up the good work on the videos...
