Rags, in Germany, is slang for Wimp/Looser.
In some local slangs which are however not typical for Ruhrgebiet (where Castrop-Rauxel is located), Lappe also means somebody simple bordering on intellectually handicapped.

One of the guys in the band and his brother own and operate a video production company. The band does quite a bit of the work in creating their videos as well.
Also, casting was done via Instagram. Everyone in the video aside from the band (and possibly the guy at the end) were volunteer fans.

The exact translation would be like "What's going on? Fuck off you Rags!"
This reminds me of a mad crazy beach party at a campsite in Luxembourg back in the nineties. The nearest beach was a couple of hundred miles away!! Best part was that some people were very serious about having fun!!

They do have people that work on their videos, but they work a lot of it out themselves. They basically do their own videos, with the assistance of a production team run by one of their members and his brother (and that team does music videos for other bands as well)
2 of the band members are the directors for the videos. they also produced we butter the bread with butters 23/kmh

Yup they're um unique. Great musicians and I'd compare them to other bands but there's only 2 this weird, Leo from Frog Leap Studios and Twelve Foot Ninja. You should check both out! Great reaction. Mullets suck so bowl cut.
If you want as weird, you should check an other german band called We Butter The Bread With Butter (possibly you already done it by now, since they have covered Hypa Hypa), it's the same kind of mix like EC but a bit harder on the metal screamings. :)
