If you want as weird, you should check an other german band called We Butter The Bread With Butter (possibly you already done it by now, since they have covered Hypa Hypa), it's the same kind of mix like EC but a bit harder on the metal screamings. :)
When u like funnier stuff, you should try (if not already done) - > Little Big - Skibidi (normal + romantic version) and Nanowar of Steel - Vallhalleluja/Norwegian Reggaeton.^^ The Offspring - Opioid Diaries, Beast in Black - Blind and Frozen/One Night in Tokyo are also pretty nice.
