Well, figured I came back for another series so I subbed and see what you can do! One thing: since I don't normally play un-modded civ I had to look up what charismatic trait does (obv protective I saw in your previous AW game)... just took a few seconds on Google so no biggie ... but thought I'd let you know that it might help me or others like me if you just briefly explain the trait or even just show the civilopedia entry on screen (like you did for the English UU and UB) and anyone can pause the video if they want to read what it does. Also, I'll just apologize in advance because even though I'm really enjoying watching your civ 4 content right now, I'm really bad at keeping up with anyone I sub to when I start getting burned out on civ. I like that you get into the soundtrack kinda like me too. Classical and Renaissance are the best of course. I also really like the last ERA music too but I don't get to hear it as often because my games don't usually get there (I'm too impatient to go for science victories usually)
How nice getting the great wall in this run. The capital is good because of the wet corn and river gold but it's not broken, also no ivory, like in the Korean game.

Nice play. I know the gold is nice, but I wouldn't call it an OP starting spot. You are about to get keshiked I think, he has horses to the north of his second city which you haven't watched, though I know you can't stop everything. It won't go like the last game I think, you will have 3 different cities under attack, the way things are going. But maybe you can eliminate Mongolia fairly early on, that would simplify it a lot. @@RomanUnzeitig I have the "blue marble" mod which makes the game look nicer, and I play windowed not full screen
