Since traffic is so light, people are driving much faster. You were doing 80 and barely passing traffic. I live in Western Nevada and was doing the speed limit of 70 mph on I 80 and stayed in the right lane. Traffic on the fast lane was at least 90 mph.
It is like that in Southern California too lol
