Realistically, it we were to at at least 20 of those planets, it would be a couple million or so death sentences. So not really. (Being just first degree murder)

While watching the video, I've had some stuff in mind.
1. For when the MUTO's or Ghidora are trying to kill both Godzilla and Mothra, and with the Skull Crawlers trying to kill Kong. Wouldn't that be attempted Regicide since both Godzilla and Mothra are labeled as King and Queen of the Monsters and King Kong is labeled as the King/Ruler of Skull Island.
2. Another thing I noticed is when Ghidora took the role as the King of the Monsters, after Godzilla was presumed dead by the nuke, wouldn't that be Usurping the Throne since Ghidora is not apart of the Natural Order and was not meant to be on Earth, which Dr. Ishirō Serizawa labeled Ghidora as a "false king". Which means is that Ghidora is not legally allowed take the throne of king of the Monsters after Godzilla was taken out by the nuke. Even if he did take down Godzilla instead of the nuke, he's still not legally allowed to take the throne.
I could be wrong but that's what popped into my mind when watching the video. If I did get something wrong then please feel free to let me know.

This is great! Alan Jonah having a worse charge than literal King Ghidorah, a planet-eater 3-headed electric dragon. However, I do think you should have charged the two M.U.T.O.S separately (Hokmuto (Male Muto) and Femuto (Female Muto)), considering while they are the same organism, they are different individuals. Just my critique. I believe you should rate other monsterverse villains next, such as Rodan, Skar King, Shimo, and MechaGodzilla (With Walter Simmons (CEO of Apex Cybernetics)). Also, if you do MechaGodzilla, make sure you add on the charges to Ghidorah because technically, any crimes that MechaGodzilla commits are being mind-controlled by Ghidorah. So... yeah! Skar King be like: I TOTALLY didn't do anything wrong. I never enslaved Kongs, knock them in lava, trap a world-ending creature, knock down a FEW buildings, threaten humanity, or nearly kill Godzilla, King Kong, or Suko.
I wanna refute the 2nd life sentence for the skull crawlers as that was self defense. There was clearly a danger to the skull crawler it self and if it hadn’t done so it could’ve got hurt or worse.
