I had to call two recent times (yesterday and a week ago), both the girl and the guy I spoke with were unbelievably pleasant. They were incredibly sweet and helpful. They were both relatively new. Probably the best phone experience I have had in customer service. So far, amazing job guys.
I got my Ranchman order in. One of the big draws was the rough out leather. I have owned a couple of suede jackets, and they just aren't versatile enough for the climate. In autumn, we can have a sampling of all 4 seasons in the course of a single day, and it can be a bit challenging to dress for. Especially if you (like me) hate synthetic materials. But I think the Ranchman will handle it very well.
Do another run of Sage Chromepak and I’ll buy another 67 boot. 🙌😬😂

I liked the concept of ND4.just not the execution. Just would've preferred using a heavy olive drab canvas. The green leather just looks off. Canvas would've sold me on it. I could less about drain holes. I would love to see a re-release of ND1 or ND3
CS response times never bothered me too much, however the computer generated feeling responses i didn't appreciate. I was trying to get a reasonable option added to a model and i kept getting "sorry we dont offer that at this time" responses. Someone suggested the same thing in the stitchdown discord and Nick had it added same day. It makes me feel like my emails aren't actually being read or considered
If you change your boot style prior to your boot style going into production why does the wait time start over?
If it's the slowest time of the year then why aren't your MTO heritage boot lead times decreasing ???
I ordered a pair of boots back in April 2024. I emailed and called to get an ETA (no answer/response) , and yes, I am aware of the long turnaround times for these boots. But it will still be good to get an update, at least.
Do y'all have a video on what every feature is on your boots when going through the purchase process? Your boss come with a lot of options and if like to know a little more about those options before going through with a purchase. Thanks the the recommendations!

I just like to say I’m one of those people who experienced glitches in customer service, However as a small business owner with high demand, I completely understood. I think part of the reason why people get so uptight is because of how great the product is and how anxiously they are awaiting. I would like to say that Melissa more than made up for any small inconvenient experience by creating a really great new experience. While wait times on callbacks can be difficult as long as when the callback happens you can be greeted with as much positivity as I was by her, it erases anything negative. Super excited to get my first pair of nicks in the mail today and anxiously await the other two I have on order lol.
Hope the investments pay off for you guys ! You deserve it!

I thought the ND4 was cool. Not my style, but cool to see you guys making moves in R&D. Really curious if you use that idea in the shaft for other boots. I’m totally up for you making a version with some heavy duty waxed canvas. I’m n think your promotions and collaboration programs are pretty cool.
Open the ND4s up again. I wanted to buy, but the time frame didn't line up with me.
I have been checking out your boots for years, and never pulled the trigger on a purchase, just because of being in Australia and being a bit weary. The DomePro special though, you got me hook, line and sinker. I honestly can't wait to get the boots, it's going to be a real different experience to any work boot we get here in Aus.
