    I have to second Brian’s comments. This was just an outstanding video that shares not only the how, what and why but also how to take the next steps in your game on the range and on the course.

    This was so good on so many levels even beyond just manipulating traj. Just controlling (I call it) trunk speed to control centrifugal force (?) into the hands/ clubhead keeping hands ahead. Taking this to the range today as I have a hard time connecting the speed of my trunk and hands so I get a lot of thins from too much lag (fast trunk) or fats and spiny shots from my hands out running my trunk. At least that's what I FEEL like is happening. Again. Thx

      Please dont ever use the word "traj". Ever

      Riley and Elite will allow it 😂

    Thoughts on putting the ball far forward in the stance and keeping the pressure forward and swing speed down to flight down shots??

    • @MiloLinesGolf
      @MiloLinesGolf  ปีที่แล้ว

      Can work, as you can see I don't like moving the ball too far back to bring down the flight. Moving it more back would typically require more opening of stance to offset club path.

    Is the basic premise behind the elite golf downswing the club goes first then thé body; or thé body goes first and then the club; or do both go at the same time? Which is true first; second or third?
    To me as I am throwing my club head sideways directly down to and through my ball; the club goes first as the momentum of the club brings my body to finish on its lead side. Cheers 👍😃⛳️🥂

    Ok let's say it's a windy day and the wind is face on. So I'm heading my drive. I move up on the ball, move the ball a little back in my stance, move my hands a little down the shaft and swing a bit slower to get the best outcome. Correct?

      Perhaps, driver is a little different depending on the person, spin and launch numbers. I coach players for example that don’t change a thing with driver because they have optimal numbers and low spin.

    So then a faster rotation of the torso does NOT equal faster clubhead speed? If I slow down that rotation won’t the club head be dumped too early, no longer “towing”the lead arm and club through, leading to heavy shots and less distance?
    Sorry, a bit confused here.

      If you are powering the club by throwing, scooping, pulling, than yeah it would surpass you and cause issues at the bottom.

    Nice video but I need the complete opposite of this. My iron flight is far too low. I get away with it in winter here in Ireland. I'd love to see how you guys hit it higher.

      Could be club related as well, but ball position can play a big part. I'd have to see your swing Gary.

      @@MiloLinesGolf I probably do play the ball too far back. Here is a decent swing from last week. th-cam.com/users/shortsaPR0ZwwO7Io?feature=share
      Been trying to incorporate a lot of your moves into it. I don't quite turn through as quick as you:(

      Sorted my height issues with new clubs. I was using ap3s with s400 shafts. Swapped for ping i500 which launch the ball with ease. Must have been the s400 shafts were too much for me. Silly boy. Haha

    Force = Mass x Acceleration
    That is a formula of science
    and a recipe for success.
    I suggest a Milo Lines calendar for 2024 with weekly tips, events, birthdays, history
    and photos of Superstition Mountain and Arizona golf.
    You're welcome.

    Teaching like this without data (trackman or some LM) and not being able to see the degrees of loft is just guessing

      We've both used launch monitors enough and played at high levels to know our numbers and launch conditions, but agree that a launch monitor in these situations would help the viewer experience. Thanks for the feedback, I'll bring out the Trackman next time!
