I didn't buy a Holoflash model but I still love my GX1 Redline. The red and black striped look of it grows on me every day. It reminds me of my late sister's red 1985 Camaro IROC-Z. Don’t ever go import. That wasn’t the business model that you wanted when created the company. You offer something no company is offering. A limited production USA guitar that will become the pride of their collection. Going import and pushing out guitars taints the model and just pushes badlands into mainstream.
TRY to sell this unknown guitar brand in reverb and see how fast you can sell it and at what price. Unfortunately is hard to compete with the well stablished brands are hard. You are selling to your audience. to mass production you need to do as Solar INDONESIA
$25 may not sound like a lot, but for a $500 guitars maybe its not so bad? I mean Thomann probably pays Harley Benton 250-300 for it.. So if Harley Benton is putting together a guitar with $25 pickups, $30 roasted neck, $50 body, $75 Floyd Rose, $10 tuners + $10 for the other parts.. Thats $200 in parts.. Then they have to put it together, then ship it to Thomann.. So they are making like $50-$100.. So, if out of those $50-100 they have to give you $25 there is not much left.. I get why you didnt want to do it, but i also get why they didnt want to pay more.. Now, it turned out they did it anyway, and instead for your company getting it Guitar Max is getting 5-10% instead..
@@TheSammyreynolds It doesn't matter. They still have to pay the factory in Indonesia that is making them and the factory has to pay for the wood & hardware parts and the employers building the guitars/putting the parts together.

There have been some . Look up badlands in the sold section . They sold sadly at a loss including a holoflash.
At least a HB knock-off says Harley Benton on the headstock, not Badlands like a Chibson builder would do.

Thomann doesn't pay Harley Benton anything. Why? Because Thomann owns the brand.
