Water / Glass Effect in Photoshop

I might have missed it when Nemanja mentioned it - but if anyone is having issues where both highlight layers are acting the same, make sure to untick "Use global light". Also this is for those of us new to photoshop, if filter gallery is blurred for you, go to image -> mode -> and choose 8-bit JPEG.

This great also for ice and ice sculptures, turning people to ice too.. just apply an ice texture and do a displacement w wrap around so it contours to the original image. You are fantastic! Thank you so much! Gonna try this today! I tried it with the ice and it's the best out there of all the tutorials for ice. Works a million times better than an action I purchased too! You are amazing!!!! I'm going to make my own action from this for my personal use since my next work will involve many ice sculptures in the scenery and mat painting. You are just brilliant! I used 2 different ice textures and they work best when set on divide for some reason, just keep the opacity low.
