    I also gave my channel a fresh new look - new profile pic, banner & end cards, so do hop on over & check it out

    This vlog has been such a treat to the eyes. The rural Goan laid back life so nicely documented. To me this is more of a documentary than a vlog . A your cinematography skills are amazing . Thanks for this one magali. Waiting for the next part with much anticipation.

    Hi Magali! This is just what I needed in a busy Monday. I managed to take some time out to watch this. The best part about your vlogs is that you make an effort to keep it as real as possible; it makes me feel like I'm experiencing the place live, though I'm watching it on a screen in a completely different setting. I'm talking about small things like the caterpillar, the dogs, cats near the church and the music. Thank you for making this vlog!
    Good vibes always,
    Jag.

    This vlog was so calming to watch :) Having visited my own ancestral village a few times i can say that nothing like the pure green untouched life there! Oh and the drone shots are so amazing...i know drones are very new to India, but if you do a video on do's and don't's of a drone, permit disclaimers etc. that might be very helpful? :)

    Hi Magali thank you for posting a wonderfully made vlog... practically we are neighbours in Goa, as you stay few steps away from my aunts place... she is little familiar to all nearby by the name Emilda Lobo... good to see Jila bakery and the old Jam factory along with the church... it's been ages I haven't visited Ambora... but thanks for your vlog which make childhood memories fresh once again. Keep up the good work girl.

    Woah Magali !! U bought back so many memories of goa absolutely loved this vlog. Was so excited to c y'all eat filos it's my fav & so is godshem. I too find evenings in goa kinda creepy & offcourse every other abandoned property is said to b haunted. Stories of the paranormal are in abundance 🙈 all this just adds to the over all eerie feeling. This is the goa that I know & love the areas near the beaches have gotten so urbanised it's just lost its charm... Impatiently waiting for the second part of the vlog ☺️

    Brought back memories of my childhood trip with my dad to our native place,Mangalore,in 1973.Same laid- back village life & house architecture.i,too,frew up in Bombay,so,to go for a holiday was a nice getaway from hectic city life.The old Goa houses definitely show Portuguese influence.The simple Goan rice n curry is reminiscent of the coconut based fish curries my mother prepared for us before the health scare that consumption of coconut is full of saturated fat,80%.Those are very definitely Proditeroles as they have a filling,Eclairs do not.Brilliant vlog,Magali,as always,you are a natural behind the camera,I did not lose focus or interest through your entire narrative.Good job.Btw,that was a 2-toed FROG that you were trying to tap at,on the windshield.

    You are so blessed to still have your mum. Treasure her. The two of you are so down to earth. I wish you or your mum would give out the sorpotel recipe. There are some recipe where people mainly our Goans leave out. When one makes anything it turns out so bad.

    • @MagaliVaz
      @MagaliVaz  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not our recipe but Inez's actually. She cooks really fast and mostly based on instinct so it's hard to share any recipe. She keeps adding ingredients and tasting, it doesn't even turn out the same each time. But there are of course many lovely channels on TH-cam that share recipes and you can check those out.

    Am surprised that it is exactly looking like Kerala, which is my state

      Yes, your right. Before it would look very similar to Kerala, I couldn't identify sometimes, but now with rampant destruction of it's forest cover and real estate boom it has lost its charm.
      It used to be beautiful a long time ago. But not everything in lost; if goans could get United to fight for what is left. I have huge respect for people of kerala. The unity you guys show, to protect your nature and environment is commendable.
