Pile 2: I’ve been on a body recomp journey. I’m on week 45 of my strength program. I’ve been feeling very stagnant and feel like my results have been really slow. I tell myself daily building muscle is a slow process, but it just feels like I’ve made very little progress and have been very dedicated. So this pile was exactly what I needed to hear. The not restricting of my macros and knowing I’m on the right track and to just keep going. My goal is in sight, but I still have a ways to go to get there.
