It’s hard to stay positive. I’m just so tired. Feels like nothing ever slows down and is balanced. Feels like constant painful life changes, health issues, hurt, loss, struggle, and constant changing. When is there ever a moment to breathe, have peace and balance for all the work and endless exhaustion? I do feel very alone.
I deeply relate to this, i don’t know a lot about you or your life experiences however i really do believe that we have to build the safest, cosiest, most peaceful home we can, within us. One we can always come back to when the world gets so very loud or when we do experience the really harsh lenses of life 🩷 sending you love and hope you feel even just a little less alone 🪽

I definitely don't know who i'm becoming, but I can tell what is changing is my very values. I'm seeing that i'm getting to the root of many different things, and those values are going to change me & my relationships & clearly will impact what career parh I take (i have an MBA) & is really making me think that my MBA doesn't mean so much to me anymore.
