China को लेकर Modi Govt इस मामले में USA के साथ क्यों नहीं आ रही? (BBC Hindi)

- बीजिंग विंटर ओलंपिक्स का अमेरिका ने राजनयिक तौर पर बहिष्कार करने का फ़ैसला किया. अमेरिका के साथ ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने भी कहा है कि वो भी बीजिंग विंटर ओलंपिक का राजनयिक बहिष्कार करेगा. अमेरिका के इस फ़ैसले पर चीन ने कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया दी है. चीन ने कहा है कि अमेरिका को इसकी क़ीमत चुकानी पड़ेगी. हालाँकि चीन ने स्पष्ट नहीं किया है कि वो अमेरिका के ख़िलाफ़ किस तरह का क़दम उठाएगा. चीनी विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता चाओ लिजिअन ने मंगलवार को कहा, ''अमेरिका ने बीजिंग विंटर ओलंपिक में वैचारिक पूर्वाग्रह के कारण हस्तक्षेप करने की कोशिश की है. उसका यह फ़ैसला झूठ, अफ़वाह और कुटील मानसिकता के आधार पर है. विंटर ओलंपिक कोई राजनीतिक प्रदर्शन नहीं है लेकिन अमेरिकी हस्तक्षेप बताता है कि बीजिंग विंटर ओलंपिक को वो बाधित करना चाहता है.'' ऐसी उम्मीद की जा रही थी कि भारत भी अमेरिका और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के साथ चीन को लेकर यह क़दम उठाएगा. चीन के साथ पिछले एक साल से ज़्यादा वक़्त से सरहद पर तनाव है और दोनों देशों के सैनिक आमने-सामने हैं. दोनों देशों के सैनिकों में हिंसक झड़प भी हो चुकी है और सैनिकों की मौत भी.
