In Europe, bars are more similar to an American cafe, open all day and serving pastries and espresso. They do have liquors and beer, but you wouldn't go there expecting music or to meet people (or stools in front of the counter).

In Europe, bars are more similar to an American cafe, open all day and serving pastries and espresso. They do have liquors and beer, but you wouldn't go there expecting music or to meet people (or stools in front of the counter).
