Agree with what you are saying, Darren. Some ppl, parents etc, just aren't equipped or built to face down the gangs on the estate tho. Theres a real danger tbat if they put their head above the parapet, call the illegal activities, the grooming etc out, one of those 15yr olds is going to have to prove his loyalty to the gang. Next thing your house is set on fire, or your car. The family and friends are getting terrorized when they're going the shop. Your life and possessions are getting destroyed. These ppl cant fight that level of stupidity. Not like the rest of the neighbours are going to join them, they remember the last poor sod that got himself targeted, and they dont want none of that shit.
