I actually flew with Tunisair, it could be 5 years ago and I really enjoyed my flight. I remember that I got little bit older Boeing 737 maybe 400 and the plane wasn't dirty at all and seat were super comfy😄 But I guess after all these comments I was really lucky about my flight

I feel very sad to watch this video. How can I imagine that corruption and bad management lead to Tunisair to become one of the worst airline companies. I feel sad of my country because, although competencies and talents of my people, our airline company is not doing well. Frankly, we deserve and we expect much more better We ,Tunisian citizens, before foreigners.
you are right but all starts with you as citizen to make things better. it is way to easy to hand the responsibility to the company or government. it is every employees duty to make things work and to be motivated and diligent. employees in tunisia are mostly unfriendly and lazy but always complainig about how bad everything is
This seems to be just before the pandemic . I took Tunisair Bru-Tunis end of February 2020. The first signs of panic were there already. Chinese tourists at Bardo museum were not served. Some weeks after return we were in lock down. Tunisia did excellent during the first wave! Just < 100 casualties. But they gave up and ended with similar terrible figures as Belgium. Back to Tunisair: did Djerba and Tunis. Djerba was OK; The Tunis flight was indeed with run down and dirty planes. But on time and no issues at the airport. It is a management issue. We all know that they can clean this up in 1 good action at night. But they don’t. State company. For those who refer to Alitalia: that state company finally went down. I got food poisoning and destroyed luggage with Alitalia. ITA is no alternative for me.
The best flights i had were on Tunisair Caravelle and B727. The best paints, very friendly service, Good food, clean planes. I think even nowerdays on Lufthansa or any other airline the service incl. Cleaning is not so good like 40Years ago. I love Tunisair still like before.
I Fly back and forth between Tunis and Rome few times a year. I Stopped using Tunisiair because I read the official report on the issues and the corruption that is going on inside the company, I frankly advise against flying with Tunisair because there is a high risk of accidents because of the frequent technical issues on the company's planes. Now I only use Alitalia. When it comes to safety I don't care if it's my country's image, people need to know the risks.
i know that the goal was reviewing the airline , but for everyone who wanna come to tunisia , you can take alitalia or airfrance but it will cost maybe double for you ,
Cleanliness should never be reflective I'm the price regardless of the airline. No as far as alitalia they are a hot mess . The best thing about Alitalia is the livery . Air France is solid.

Das einzig positive ist das man da noch "hot meals" bekommt die z.B in vielen anderen Airlines Geld kosten würden. Da könnte Tunis Air sparen und sich mit der Modernisierung der Sitze und Sauberkeit beschäftigen und an statt kostenlose meals gibts halt dann ein belegtes Sandwich, ein Keks und ein Glas Getränk nach Wahl oder nur ein Keks und Getränk wie bei europäischen Airlines, hot meals kosten dann extra.
Same filthy aircraft on two Tunisair flights for me this week. One was a 27 year old A320, the other 7 years old, but no difference inside - both shabby, filthy and gaffer tape everywhere. Having said that, the legroom is great.

Hallo, als Vielflieger mit Tunisair würde ich sagen, dass die meisten Flüge, die ich mit Tunisair unternommen habe toll waren, aber ich hatte auch schreckliche Flüge wie diesen. Das Essen war okay, ich empfehle keinen Kaffee oder Tee, sondern Cola oder Saft. Sie haben auch die kleinen Monitore, also mach dir keine Sorgen. Ich wünsche Ihnen morgen einen guten und sicheren Flug und eine schöne Zeit in Djerba!

Price has nothing to do with it: economy class must also be clean, like all other airlines. As for the prices, Tunisair has the same prices as other European companies: I do Rome-Tunis, with Alitalia the price is the same, and the plane is clean. Once I took Tunisair, and the plane left without air conditioning, does that seem normal to you? So stop complaining and defending a shameful company. I’ve been on 6 or 7 Tunis air trips between Tunis and Sénégal and France and it’s been easily the worst airline I’ve ever been on. On at least 4 of those flights, there was no toilet paper or tissues in the bathroom. Dirty in general. Staff are generally unfriendly.
