Great drone footage at the start Jonny, haven’t been to Dolphin Bay for 10 years wow looks like a lot of houses have sprung up. A golfing mate I met at Majestic Creek course built a house there he said then this area will take off. Looks like he was right.

We drove through that area last year on the way down to Phuket and back. Nice place. Too bad we couldn't go back this year.

Hey thanks for today. I love going down to Dolphin anytime on the bicycle or motorbike. Was that your black Merc or the property owners? Love having lunch at the the fisherman village. Not sure of the name. Its right on the water with lots of fishing boats also a weird fish for yourself tank and is just up from a beautiful gold temple.

I have seen all of Fl. I want new adventures on the other side 9,947 miles away. I did spent a few days in San Fran years ago it was nice I spent new years in London it was cold but ok to visit Florida has a lot of Caribbean islands only an hour or two off our coast by plane so for a person who likes the beach life it has been alright but like every state it has it's good points and bad we have a good governor and no state income tax. not far from retirement will have time to travel and not have to rush back.
Besides I can always come back years down the road if I want ( nice option )
Would not want to live in Bama but that is just me.

Random Question : Have you had any issue with your rental properties in Australia, some landlords have issue receiving rent from their tenants
I have one tenant that is a few weeks behind has he has been laid of work. But that’s ok he will catch up. The rest have been fine so that’s a good thing. Yes i have friend that have been having problems also, but there is very little that can be done. Nothing worse than losing your employment then having to worry about how to pay the rent & put food on the table. Feel sorry for the poor buggers

Beaut location for a clean and healthy peaceful life. Thanks for stopping J and giving us a squiz at the villas, nice but sadly Thai architecture can be horrendous so to part with close to 2 million bucks it would have to be a truly exceptional build for that. Way overpriced, even for the beachside location, but that's Thailand.
Buy something that's 4 or 5 years old and get it for a third of that! I bought a 5 bedroom villa with a 25 metre lap pool a short walk from the beach in Phuket for 11 million and it is a palace in a gorgeously landscaped and maintained estate. The new builds around us were asking similar prices to what you showed at half the size and acreage too.

Dolphin bay is nice Napa and I went there last year very quiet found a good restaurant along there Beach road was cheap and had accommodation to the rooms where 1000 to 1500 baht a night the Thai food I got was 60 baht and big to

problem with this house is that you have no privacy. Sharing a plot of land with strangers doesn’t seem ideal.

I can't believe you've been in Thailand as long as you say, and you eat like a Westerner. Thai food is SO much better, so much healthier.
Once you learn to eat it most (OR EVERY!) meal, there's no turning back. If you have a serious relationship with a Thai girl, it will help the relationship. They don't feel you're "on-board" with them until/unless you can eat Thai style. (all the time!) Western food is so much more expensive, also.

It has always been a dream of mine to live in nice house on the beach or oceanfront. But after seeing the devastation a hurricane/typhoon and tsunamis can do to houses close to or on the water, I'd rather live in a house that's above sea-level and not as close to water. Yes, flood insurance should cover your losses, but I'd rather not go through that before it comes to that.

Yeah, your house can be gone in an instant thanks to Mother Nature or a natural disaster. Imagine spending 30-40 million Baht on your oceanfront dreamhouse right on the beach, only to have it washed away by a tsunami. I would be so devastated.

We have vacationed in Thailand 3 times. We have also vacationed in Vietnam. My question, can a foreigner purchase a home in Thailand? Your place seems to be taylor made for us.
You can own a house but lease the land, you are best to speak to a legal firm over here. But there is a few ways around it. Thanks for watching 😊👍

The price is too high with such lack of furniture in the living room and appliances in the outdoor kitchen. If it was a stand alone house with fence around and it's own garden, the price would be right.

But I still love the country, but the prices ther is to stiff, sometimes it is to hott and they have killed the enviroment, can not eaven swimm in the Beach at Hua Hin.
