you can actually basically automate a machine to beat the dragon

How long did it take?
It either took 93 minutes or 51 minutes depending if you used a beacon. Please like this so that our German Potato can see.
In this, we assume it was only stone and grass mined, and nothing else. We also assume all items have unbreaking III and efficiency V and are full durability when you start mining. The enchanted item durability is based on how many blocks on average you can mine before breaking. We will also assume he took no breaks and did not stop mining.
Judging by the durability of both your netherite pickaxes combined, you mined approximately 16,631 stone.
With your shovels, you mined around 12051 dirt.
In total, 28,682 blocks mined
There are two possible answers on how long it took.
If you mined everything with a beacon with maximum haste and all items efficiency 5, which can insta mine stone, it would take around 51minutes + assembly time of beacon.
Method:
You can insta-mine around 9.5blocks/s, which is 5700 in 10 minutes.
2800/5700 is approximately 5.1,
5.1 X 10 = 51 minutes.
However, it would take 93 minutes if a beacon was not used, as you can’t insta mine stone.
Method:
On average, you can mine 2.5 stone blocks/s with an efficiency 5 netherite pickaxe.
16631 (amount of stone)/2.5 = 6652
6652 seconds = 72 minutes
Insta mining grass
12050/5700 = 2.1
2.1 X 10 = 21 minutes
21 + 72 = 93 minutes total

@@Ch33se123 Bro, it’s longer than it seems. The insanely long calculations to determine how long an unbreaking 3 pickaxe can last that is used by Minecraft ( it doesn’t tell me how much durability it will have tho, only how to calculate), just to determine how many blocks he mined.
This kind of info isn’t even on the internet, and I’m to lazy to go do algebra, I’ve done endings summer homework ,
I had to break 3 netherite pickaxes with unbreaking, to find the mean and use that, as Unbreaking 3 does not give your exactly 4x durability which is what most people say.
And tick speeds are really annoying, especially with the speed of mining stone without insta mine.
And insta mine is annoying, as it is basically 0 ticks, meaning you can hypothetically mine every block in the world in a second, but that’s impossible.
So then you have to determine the player walk speed and how long it would take to mine a certain amount of blocks, and then compare it with how quick it is to mindlessly brute force for the same amount of time.
Then find the average of this, so that we can find the ratio between blocks and seconds to estimate how long it took to insta mine the specific amount of block.
I don’t know why I did all this calculation, I’ve already spent 2 weeks found algebra, linear equations and quadratics, not to forget advanced fractions, only to find myself doing this.

Building a witch farm might be worthwhile in 1.21 now. way better redstone drops. I have a double witch hut farm in my world and it gives me more redstone than i will ever need
