How to Create a Business Email in cpanel and use it with Gmail to send/receive emails

- How to Create professional custom email in cpanel and connect it to gmail to send and receive emails.
First Step you have to do is login to your cpanel, create a new email account and then login to webmail.
Now you will see a welcome email from cpanel which contains all details about incoming and outgoing servers settings for emails.
We have created our email.
Now go to gmail and add your custom email as shown in video.

I just setup a professional email to my website. But what about receiving those emails. The email account we make I think this tutorial was focused on sending emails with your cpanel domain but I want to understand the setup of the person/people who receive the email when visitors fill the site contact form.

It depends on your contact form settings some plugin may be use your default wordpress email.

I don't know the problem but i can proceed with the add email account on incoming server. After i click add account it keeps checking email and after that it says no fetch email
could be an issue with your server. Why it will check for emails when you are creating your email id.
Which software you use for editing videos ?
My DNS is with Cloudflare, Hosting with Namecheap and Registrar is Godaddy. Will this process work flawlessly? Do I have to add any MX and TXT record in Cloudflare DNS?
Yes it should unless you have modified any DNS records yourself.
Your cpanel email inbox will collect all forwarded emails. Is there a way to automatically delete the messages in the inbox after it forwards?

check whiteList in email settings & you can remove email from spam list

When i connected my cpanel email to the gmail app the outbox will not sync the inbox syncs... but not the oitbox
Yes emails sent from your cpanel will not appear in your Gmail inbox. However if you use Gmail to send email using your personal domain it will show in your Gmail sent folder.

Error: connection timed out, there may be problem with the settings you added. Please contact your email provider to verify the connect server name and port
which hosting you are using? If its godaddy their server has problems.

Depending on your hosting settings could be little different. In video I have shown the standard method. Please ask your hosting for correct information based upon the error code you are getting
All is working properly but whenever I am sending email from business I'd, that is going into the spam. And not coming straight to the inbox. Why and how to deal with this.
