    i think option 1 of the last question is also wrong as the heating of the atmosphere also takes place when insolation are absorbed by the water vapour and near long wavelength rays are absorbed by certain gases.

    Good morning sir
    I couldn't understand one thing u said pressure and temperature is direct proportional then in eg . Of air pascal with increase in temp why did pressure decreased from 12 to 10. Plz ny1 to explain

    • @shreya2938
      @shreya2938 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When Air molecules are sufficiently heated , pressure increases. The air molecules have a tendency to move from high pressure region to low pressure region. As you said temperature increased and pressure also increased due to which the molecules shifted to lower pressure region. And thus the decrease in pressure above the air is noticed from 12 to 10 pascals

    You say insolation is maximum at equator but according to ncert class 11 physical geography, equator receives comparatively less insolation than the tropics. This doesn't make sense.

    • @manjupmf2494
      @manjupmf2494 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Equator receives comparatively less insolation during summer and winter solstices (this is because of the earth's tilt). But during equinoxes, the equator receives maximum insolation. Here we are not considering the effect of cloud formation. Because the equator sees greater cloud formation (because of ITCZ) compared to tropics (subtropical high-pressure belts) NCERTs say equator receives comparatively less insolation than the tropics. But this is not entirely accurate. It varies from region to region based on cloud cover.

    Sir I can't understand
    That in height (altitude) pressure increase due to which we fill nose bleeding
    But in adibatic lapse rate pressure is directly proportional to temp. Plss explain

      @anoopkati 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      nose bleeding occurs because blood pressure vis a vis atmospheric pressure is high.

    i have a doubt sir. u r explaing this concept on the basis of gas law which is applicable only in CLOSED ENVIORNMENT like a tube,,, not in open enviornment like geography. As relations get changed between various parameters in open and closed enviornment😒😒😒

    According to gas laws pressure increase with increase in temperature and here you are saying it reduces how is that possible?

    • @AshutoshMishra-ep6xi
      @AshutoshMishra-ep6xi 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Volume is not constant, if air can expand pressure will decrease vice versa in case of a closed container.

    when we are saying that due to sun's heat, the air parcel is lifted causing pressure to fall, then temp also falls as we go upwards . but how would it still be a low pressure area if temp is also falling ?? (bcos since we've associated low pressure with high temp area)
    pls do answer this :/

    • @Ma.Mama.is.a.StreetDogg
      @Ma.Mama.is.a.StreetDogg 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      the low pressure and high temperature area is associated with the surface temperature of the earth............... and the low temperature is associated with increasing altitude when air parcel rises................i hope this clears your doubt
