Who wants The Flick Pick, Chris Stuckmann and Jeremy Jahns to be in one episode where they must debate the bests and the worst of the year by the end of 2015?
I like how Chris and John are exact opposites. Chris reviews just about every film he can, while John usually just reviews big blockbusters. Chris is calm and collective, while John is crazy. They still make an awesome team somehow though.
Me too! Ghost Protocol had that awesome Tower scene in Dubai, some actually team work, and that's about it. Can't even remember who the bad guy is and how/why he took down the IMF and his evil master plan. Plus Rogue Nation is much funnier, and I'm going to take my older sister to see Rogue Nation again on Wednesday!
RegBeta I just saw re-watched Ghost protocol yesterday after watching Rogue Nation on Sunday and I do remember who the villain is but i can't remember how he died and I can't even remember any dialogue he had in the film. Rogue Nations villain is way more memorable and entertaining to watch.
Awesome review, had a lot of fun watching you guys both give your thoughts and opinions even though I still saw Chris's review, this was still a blast to watch. You guys have great chemistry together. Keep up the awesome work. :)
Great review, guys! And funny Tom Cruise impression at the beginning lol. To me, Ghost Protocol (while I really liked M:I 3) really breathed new life into the M:I franchise to the point that it felt like a reboot. Rogue Nation feels like a continuation of that, and I absolutely loved it. I do think the plot got a little muddled toward the end, but it did nothing to lessen my enjoyment of the film. Rogue Nation surpasses Ghost Protocol (to me) for a few reasons. The main ones are that it has a tension that Ghost Protocol didn't have as much of, and Rebecca Ferguson.
Love The Intro! I thought Mission Impossible Rogue Nation was fantastic. Tom Cruise and Rebecca Ferguson were awesome. Simon Pegg was hilarious. I actually really enjoyed the 3rd act of the movie.
Great review guys. Your intro was funny. Mission Impossible Rogue Nation was awesome. I think it's the best Mission movie, maybe I will reconsider after awhile.
Hey John, your two channels are super-badass! and also: 1. saw the original Point Break (OMG awesome! Loooove the line "I am a F...B...I agent!!" All about Team Keanu! 2. I'm a filmmaker (writer first) and highly recommend you and Chris should review two movies: Cinema Paradiso and Payback: The Director's Cut. I believe both of these are amazing examples of storytelling and entertainment. (well the first one's kind of a tearjerker and the latter has Mel Gibson). Would love to see you guys do more duo reviews of dramatic pieces like The English Patient and Watership Down.
I like how Flick says things like, "Haven't tried this yet" and "First time checking out Nature Box" but all the packages are opened and half empty . . .
hey guys! Great review as always! the problem i think Ghost Protocol has is the second act. I mean as good as the first hour is the movie really falls down after the sand storm, the whole Mumbai scene being kinda bad.. overall i totally prefer Rogue Nation
I loved Rebecca Ferguson in this. She was gorgeous but she also had an athleticism that's usually abandoned for the wink and slink kind of female badass.
I just saw pumping iron for the first time the other day and you were the first person I though of hahah I say it like I know you but what did you think about that old school doc. I know you've watched it considering how much you love Arnold. It got me pumped to go lift. Watch pumping iron with Hans zimmer blasting in the headphones and you got your natural pre workout supplement right there.
My one complaint effects-wise that may be nitpicking because all of the other effects were excellent was when Cruise and Pegg went flying off the ledge backwards in the car and it cut to a CGI car flipping ridiculously like a cartoon end over end instead of flipping a real car. It's such a quick thing, but it took me out of the intense chase scene for a moment. My guess is the car didn't actually land quite as devastatingly as they wanted it to and instead of just launching another one they CGI'd it. I wanted to see an epic crash like when the Aston Martin went rolling in Casino Royale. What a shame. Plot-wise I didn't mind it, but seriously, how many times are we going to see Hunt get disavowed and go rogue?
The plain scene was cool, but it really didn't look like he did for real. I know he did, but if I didn't, I wouldn't have known. I give the director props for mentioning that he got the inspiration for it from Uncharted 3 though.
That Tom Cruise impression at the beginning lol
Dere he his!

The Flickmeister and The Stuckmannizer in one room together is what epicness is made out of.
It's mystical and magical
Charly85 I agree lol

Aaaw man I miss 2015
Omg!! Chris's Tom Cruise impression is killing me!! Haahahahhaaahh!!!!
The two best reviewers on youtube!!!!
The best!
I like how Chris and John are exact opposites. Chris reviews just about every film he can, while John usually just reviews big blockbusters. Chris is calm and collective, while John is crazy. They still make an awesome team somehow though.
Tyrion Lannister The fact that they are completely opposites is the whole reason they work. You get the best of both worlds when they are together.
Jeremy? :(
Movie Reviews Pst... quiet down, you'll attract shippers
Zoom ups galore! You know you're in for something special when they team up...great stuff!
No way in hell that was a fake elbow drop...correction....EPIC elbow drop.
And if it was fake, then you two NEED to be (
Chris impersonating Tom Cruise was pure gold lmfao and that elbow drop tho damn.
"riding on the back of that motorcycle, hanging on for dear life!...and smelling his hair, and why not, its tom cruise." lol. great stuff. :)
I thought Rogue Nation was by far the best MI yet.
Me too! Ghost Protocol had that awesome Tower scene in Dubai, some actually team work, and that's about it. Can't even remember who the bad guy is and how/why he took down the IMF and his evil master plan. Darth Sibistine That being said, I think 3 has the best villain by a long shot.
Tomos Surrey I agree. Rogue Nation was the best, followed by Ghost Protocol, MI3, MI1, and then MI2.
***** True, RN had the 2nd best villain though.
Awesome review, had a lot of fun watching you guys both give your thoughts and opinions even though I still saw Chris's review, this was still a blast to watch. You guys have great chemistry together. Keep up the awesome work. :)
That was magical and mystical, yet it made me feel better about myself and what I'm doing in life.
This and the Q & A that followed have to be the Best vids you guys did together imo
Stuckmann should be a stuntman, he really sold that Epic Elbow Drop!
Love you, John, and great bringing Chris Stuckmann, my fav video movie reviewers

I got scared for a second when he epic elbowed dropped him haha. So real. Love you Chris, Love you John!
The zoom on Chris's face in the end of the video, reminded me of Mission impossible 2
Great review, guys! And funny Tom Cruise impression at the beginning lol. Love you two making videos together! :) Great job with the intro.. Haha!

Yay another collaboration! This was great Chris! .... Oh and John. Oops. Lol
Great review, guys! I love the Mission Impossible franchise! Have all of them on DVD but need to get the Blu-ray versions!
Love The Intro! I thought Mission Impossible Rogue Nation was fantastic. Tom Cruise and Rebecca Ferguson were awesome. Simon Pegg was hilarious. I actually really enjoyed the 3rd act of the movie.

LOVE when these two do colab shit. It's awesome.
Are there people who go on TH-cam just to thumb down? I mean really, if if you didn't dig the video why thumb it down? That's just cold
Such a joy seeing these two combine forces
Great review guys. Your intro was funny. Mission Impossible Rogue Nation was awesome. I think it's the best Mission movie, maybe I will reconsider after awhile.
Great collaboration video!
0:45 I'm sorry John, what were you going to say there?
I want the two of you and Jeremy Jahns to do a movie review together. Please make it happen!
It looks like you edited Stuckmann into your video, truly great production value.
More like an A- or an A for me.
Btw, epic Tom Cruise impression. "-we gotta roll with it... -EPIC ELBOW DROP!!"

Hey John, your two channels are super-badass! and also:

I really like it when u two do a review together
And please john be consistent and upload for us more videos ...
Cris, John, and.... Jeremy Jahns... the best of the best! Epic Duo in this vid! I like you both very much!
You two would make a good duo for a Incredible Hulk 1978 TV show remake. Chris as Bill Bixby and John as Lou Ferrigno.
My Daughter and I are going to see it. Great review!
Well we saw it.Good story and of course Mr.Cruise was outstanding. Rebecca was nice too! I will watch it again.
I like how Flick says things like, "Haven't tried this yet" and "First time checking out Nature Box" but all the packages are opened and half empty . . .

Wow, you two guys together? Awesome reviews. I can sleep well tonight.

Hey John are you going to do an entire blu ray collection video this year ?
Please do the video its interesting to see what new blu rays you've added to your collection
It's cool seeing the two of you review a movie and I liked Mission Impossible; it was a fun movie
hey guys! Great review as always! the problem i think Ghost Protocol has is the second act. I mean as good as the first hour is the movie really falls down after the sand storm, the whole Mumbai scene being kinda bad.. overall i totally prefer Rogue Nation
I don't usually comment but thanks Chris Stuckmann for the Collateral reference in this review.
Yeah. Stuckmann's back at it with the glasses! It just adds a later of "comedic kool" to me at least.
I would love it if you guys started doing hour long podcasts
this is a great video, the only thing that's missing is jeremy jahns
Me being about the same size as Chris Stuckmann, I actually feared for him when he got elbowed, hahahaha, love these guys they are awesome
I loved Rebecca Ferguson in this. She was gorgeous but she also had an athleticism that's usually abandoned for the wink and slink kind of female badass.
Would you do the underwater sequence?
I didn't see that ass shot in the film, was it just cut for the UK version or was it not in the U.S. Version either?
Chris's face when John made the lion king reference was gold
Please, do a Fant4stic rant. Stuckmann's was great.
Pacing issues? The movie was as good at it gets, nearly perfection
Álvaro A. Perfection? That's kind of an exaggeration. Few movies are perfection. The movie certain has a lot of flaws and bs moments.
***** That's why he said nearly :P
Mission: Impossible - B+
Mission: Impossible II - C
Mission: Impossible III - B+
Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol - A
Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation - A-
Mission: Impossible - Fallout - A
ghost protocol had no villan. rogue nation and mi 3. are the best mission impossible movies
Best Tom Cruise impression by Chris!
Ok, the wayJohn edited this video, zooming in the face of who was speaking, kinda looked like a TV News show lol
What did you think of the Deadpool trailer? And do you think that fox will make this film good? Or do you think it will just be mediocre
Johnny Flicksta, what are your thoughts on underrated directors?
MI: Rogue Nation was great and just a ton of fun, that's all there is to it. I wasn't bored for a single second of this film.
Things just got incredibly more magical and mystical!!
Hey John , been watching your videos for a while now and I have suggestion for a video you can do ,you can talk about the Austin powers films
Do more reviews like this, you guys rock!
Awesome colab!
When did the player changed?
are you guys going to tiff?
No actual Stuckmanns were hurt during the making of this video
This crossover is pure gold.
That intro was amazing XD
This is a great movie!!!! By far the best Mission Impossible movie yet. Gosh that Tom Cruise impression at the begging was funny as heck!!!! :)
That moment when the bike actually taunts Tom cruise.
"C'mon Tom..."
"C'mon..."
"You know you want to"
Best intro EVER!!! I'm dying
I just saw pumping iron for the first time the other day and you were the first person I though of hahah I say it like I know you but what did you think about that old school doc. I know you've watched it considering how much you love Arnold. It got me pumped to go lift. Watch pumping iron with Hans zimmer blasting in the headphones and you got your natural pre workout supplement right there.
a future better siskel and ebert?
You broke Stuckmanns nose bro
My one complaint effects-wise that may be nitpicking because all of the other effects were excellent was when Cruise and Pegg went flying off the ledge backwards in the car and it cut to a CGI car flipping ridiculously like a cartoon end over end instead of flipping a real car. Chris sold that 'epic elbow drop' pretty well
It sometimes looks as though chris was cropped into the video
Hey John, if possible could you review southpaw? theFLICKpick
Good chemistry and hilarious video!
The plain scene was cool, but it really didn't look like he did for real. I know he did, but if I didn't, I wouldn't have known.
I give the director props for mentioning that he got the inspiration for it from Uncharted 3 though.

3. Mission Impossible
4. Mission Impossible 3
5. Mission Impossible 2
Man, I love you guys! You're freaken awesome and hilarious!
my only concern was if chris's jaw is all right after being held by the double elbow drop
