my mom use to use the molcajete when i was a kid. brought me back so many memories. we never had a blender, but the molcajete always gave us the spiciest and baddest salsa around. thanks for sharing claudia!!

Those look super good. Never seen gorditas made like that. End result looks the same but we usually make and grill gorditas first then fill them up with whatever guisado. My fave are Gorditas de harina. Will have to give these a try!
